I ordered sushi for more than 300 UAH, 5 minutes after the courier left, I found that neither chopsticks, wasabi, nor ginger were brought, there was no soy sauce either.
Because the deliveryman arrived after 22.00 - the restaurant was no longer working, and no one answered the phone, the courier's phone was also not left. I sent a request for a callback and described the problem in a note - no one called back either that day or the next.
I had to eat sushi with a fork and in dry water. Such a level of service. Today I typed it myself - the girls agree that none of them would want to eat rolls without a set, but in response they only apologize. The administration of the institution is not able to take responsibility for its own mistake and shift the problem to the client.
They took the money, but the delivery service was provided poorly, which means they were deceived.
