the music is always very loud, there is no air conditioning. Lunch is served outside at lunch. I ate and regretted it. the fact that the food was warm, okay, you can survive,
but how could you bring the appliances without a knife??? Oak cutlet, how can you not serve a knife at all? they also forgot to bring bread, which was included in the price. slow waiters. and plus, I got stomach problems for 3 days. I didn't eat anything else that day. I just drank coffee at their place. although the location of the Rocks is excellent, the city center.

But when they congratulated all the birthday boys and I came up and said that we had three! We were presented with a bill for congratulations!!! It was wild and not pleasant for me!!! No matter how many times we went to the establishments, we even ordered a cocktail and congratulated our girl!!! Or it was that the cake was bought and congratulated, and then pay 70p and then the restaurant deigns to congratulate its guests! Not on the level!!!! We won 't come any more , that 's for sure !!!

I have noted others in this institution. Everything was fine. But our company especially liked the waiter, like Eugene, a very positive, competent employee. Despite the fact that he served all the tables alone (which is very difficult, it seems to me, for one), he tried his best to keep everything in order, did everything very quickly, smiled at everyone and created an atmosphere of good mood, quickly responded to all requests. The only good things in this place are delicious pasta and a cute security guard and hookah man. After they sat us down at the table, they came up and told us to leave. Due to the fact that their rules and age restrictions have changed. When asked "when?" the administrator said "today", then said "yesterday". A very strange and unpleasant situation. As a result of long conversations, they were allowed to sit back at the table, but they spoiled the whole mood on the birthday. When we were singing the song tramp and I was dancing lezginka moves, they came up to me and said behave yourself. That was the last straw and we asked for the bill and left. There was no promised 10% discount on the menu on the birthday. Also, when we ordered a hookah, they immediately told us to pay off, we paid off and a minute later said that when ordering a hookah, a 30% discount applies. No one gave us this discount.
We were able to stay in this place for 2 hours at most. This is the most horrible place I've been to. It's better to go to McDonald's)

If you go there as a club, then I can't say anything -since the corporate was celebrated, the karaoke room was closed for us. The holiday program sucks! If we hadn't taken matters into our own hands, it would have been boring. According to the food - well, so: caesar with a bunch of iceberg and 4 small pieces of chicken, for the second very dry breast, delicious bruschettos and baked beef.

This is the best restaurant in Minsk! We came to you many times (both on weekdays (few people, you can sing for the soul) and on weekends to have a great time and recharge with positivity for the next week). The staff is very friendly and courteous, an excellent karaoke team, a cozy atmosphere, we feel at home :) the sound is at the highest level, delicious cocktails and shots, reasonable prices. A bad place with terrible staff. Incompetent waiters work. When asked what is included in the dish that we pointed our finger at in the menu, we were answered : "I don't know," and as a result, they didn't bring at all what we ordered. At first, the Receptionist said that they did not have such a waiter who came up to us at all, ONLY TWO WAITERS worked FOR the ENTIRE ESTABLISHMENT, but later she made a 20% discount on this dish. When closing the account, we politely asked for a book of suggestions and comments, in response to this, the administrator brought a man who was intoxicated (as it turned out later, it was the co-founder, who was currently at his WORKPLACE AFTER HOURS, his full name was not told to us). He started threatening us from the doorstep that if we did not leave the establishment, then the 20% discount would be canceled for us and, I quote: "pay extra and look for money, guests like you, me ..." (only in a more crude form). After that, we went outside to wait for the book of complaints to be brought to us, we were simply not allowed into the institution. The same man came out and continued to yell at us and insult us in every possible way. We said that we would now call the police and deal with her, to which this man simply ran away....
Then the administrator came out and brought us an alleged 'complaint book' which consisted of a single sheet attached to a tablet. When asked if they know what a standard complaint book looks like, they did not answer anything. The money was not returned to us for the dish, the waiter who served us in their establishment did not exist at all, and this institution does not have a complaint book at all. In general, I advise you to avoid this place if you do not want to spoil your evening. The microphone, by the way, will reach you only after an hour) I wish you all the best, and never visit this terrible place! :)

A terrible place, it started with the fact that we were provided with false information on the phone, we asked about the deposit, as it turned out at the end of the account, we did not enter the deposit, but paid a separate amount for entry. During 1.5 hours during our stay in karaoke, we never sang, we were allowed to take a live turn. The mood is spoiled for the whole evening and all night. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT. The administrator did not want to peacefully resolve the conflict, blamed us for everything, although there was no mistake on our part.

We arrived at the booked time, specifically specifying what time the karaoke starts... we sat and waited for another hour - it turned out that another "special guest" had to finish singing... OK, we waited... an hour... They were almost ready to leave.
The queue at the tables was observed very vaguely, like "Did you miss your song, but maybe you changed your mind?". As it were, guys, I understand the desire to please all the guests, but this is too much to climb without soap... If you missed it, then let them wait for the next round like everyone else, and not fit in without a queue.
Separately for the service. I repeated the cocktail order twice. As a result, the rest of the company is with their drinks, and I'm kind of out of business. I did not wait for the cocktail, which was extremely disappointed. Beer was also carried for a long time - apparently they were waiting for the right ingredients to grow in the fields ...
In general, the atmosphere is rotten. There is no desire to go there a second time.
