It's a good place. The house is large, with many bedrooms. Everything is clean and tidy. There are no trees on the territory, so there is no shade at all in hot weather. And at 8 a.m., the neighbors start turning on the gas mower. It was the same last year. Whether it's a coincidence or not, I don't know

The place is great - for family holidays and for relaxing in the company, the territory, sauna, Jacuzzi on the street - everything is great! the only thing missing in summer is the air conditioning in the guest houses... At least downstairs where is the dining room

We had a rest in a big company. Cozy houses with nice bedrooms. On the ground floor of each house there is a kitchen-living room for holding events of any format, a good terrace, large stationary barbecues. The sauna complex has everything for a good rest - sauna, hammam, hot tub on the terrace, billiards.

We celebrated the wedding in August 2024, we received a feed-back from the organizer that it is very easy to work with the site, they go to a meeting, the territory is very large, a lot of things, the only thing I wanted was a little more neat lawn, but otherwise everything is very cool

A great place for a corporate holiday. This is not the first time we have been working. The hostess is always in touch. Clean, tidy, well-groomed territory. And the territory is not small. Houses for accommodation and overnight accommodation, a separate gazebo, a fire pit.

It was my first time here. I was invited to an event. All in all, it's not bad. But there is no table tennis in fact - the rackets are in terrible condition. Billiards? It is also impossible to play, because of the state of Kiev. There is no Wi-fi. Broken glass in the bathroom door can be replaced. And in general, the fittings are broken in many places. Why fix it? Let's put a latch. The mattress pads on the deck chairs are very dirty. In the light it is better not to sit on them.
The owners take a lot of money, but in fact they do not want to maintain the condition of the estate.
In any case, I will not recommend this place to my friends.

It was the first time at the event. It left an unpleasant impression from the constant interruptions of electricity and water! I do not recommend this estate especially for visiting with young children. There were questions with room keys, I had to leave expensive equipment on my word of honor, although after a while the issue with the keys was resolved!

Initially, the impression was good until we got there . The light disappeared , it will appear , then after an hour there is no return . There was no hot water at all , and the whole complex was rented for the whole weekend . The owners themselves are allegedly "not to blame." The font is all dirty. In general, I do not advise for any events, if you want everything to be beautiful , of course.

The house for a company of 20 people was spacious. There is a playground. For me, there was a minus of the common territory for the two companies. Parking is not large, it is better to think about the position of the car in advance.
