The room has everything you need: air conditioning, kettle and tea set, slippers. Friendly staff at the reception: they treat you with drinks and sweets upon check-in. Cash payment in € is preferable (the change was given in lira at an adequate exchange rate). The price includes a breakfast of scrambled eggs, cheeses, olives, butter and bread. There is a shared terrace, it has a cool view, but you can't really sit on it (it's a little dirty and there are almost no chairs)
The Wi-Fi on the third floor worked very poorly (in fact, it did not work at all). There was a stable signal in the lobby and cafe, but even there the Internet speed was low. Although we were upgraded to a room with a window for free, but even in such a room the window is conditional, it is uncomfortable to live for 1-2 nights in such a room.
The coffee at breakfast is only instant.
A good option is close to the metro for 1-2 nights, for example, with a long transfer at the airport

It's clean, the renovation is relatively fresh, the plumbing is working as it should. The breakfasts are incredibly delicious. The staff is very friendly. There is a terrace on the roof with a view of the neighborhood. We are very satisfied!
