Large cinema, comfortable chairs, good sound. The customer service is at a good level. Buying online tickets is convenient. Very convenient location in the city center - in the middle of many cafes and restaurants.

I went there very often, especially as a child. She also recently performed there at the opening and closing of the Animation Show. And in general, the building is good, it looks beautiful, but the cinema hall, as for me, is still small and not very convenient

We are faced with a very unpleasant situation. Not for the first time, unfortunately. We came to the first cartoon session, they refused to sell tickets to us, because there were two of us with the child, and the session is shown only from 5 viewers. Unfortunately, no one else came. We didn't get to the cartoon. To say that the child is upset is not to say anything. Moreover, we were traveling from the other side of the city, we planned a hike for the first session, right up to the heat. Thanks to Starlight cinema. I thought of watching their sessions, the run was half an hour, we made it, they sold us tickets without any problems.
I want to mention the cinema bar. Popcorn flavors are mixed on request and the prices are affordable. Thank you.
Otherwise, please review your policy. This is an extremely unpleasant situation. Especially at children's film screenings.
