A great place, the sea is 100 meters away, nice clean rooms, wonderful and very helpful people both the staff and the owners of the hotel, there is a kitchen to cook. Cafes and shops are nearby. The hotel is new and the room stock is fresh. For such quality and price ratio, if compared with others, they are generally penny. I highly recommend it. I was with my wife and children and everyone was satisfied.

We had a rest in Rodero with a large company (4 families) from June 9th to 20th. I liked everything and everyone))!!! Excellent location of the hotel: 5 minutes to the sea at a slow pace, a shop, cafes within walking distance. About the hotel itself- very good - clean and cozy, and the smell of wood and the singing of blackbirds...Uh, I wish I could go back).
Adequate and calm hosts, I would like to highlight Roman - a very friendly and good person, sincerely tries to do everything for adults and children to enjoy their vacation. All the staff is responsive and very kind: the receptionist, Maria❤, Vadim, Nukri, Arthur, Naira and Juliet - all great guys - will always help and prompt if necessary.
In Abkhazia for the 4th time, there is something to compare it with. I can say for myself that everything is at the highest level, I can't even add a spoonful of tar). If only to improve the kitchen: add closed cupboards for dishes.

We had a family vacation from 06-18 August 2024 (with children 6 and 11 years old). It was our first time in Abkhazia, and we were afraid of Soviet service. The choice was not lost. The RoDeRo Hotel is wonderful!!!, just super!!!It is located off the road, which is a huge plus. We had a room with a view of the mountains, it was quiet and peaceful, and a bird always sang before going to bed, full of delight!
The sea is 5-7 minutes away at a child's pace, the beach is pebbly, there are not many people, the rest is calm. Also, not far from the hotel there is a small shop, cafe-canteens, you can choose according to your taste. We did not use the shared kitchen at the hotel, we went to the cafe near the sea "Meat Sea" or to the dining room of the neighboring hotel "Cypress"
The room has a delightful smell of wood, like in a country house. There is everything you need for a comfortable stay (air conditioning, mini fridge, TV). At our request, the receptionist gave us a kettle and a hair dryer without any additional. payment. The furniture is new, excellent, all appliances in the room are working properly, clean and cozy.
Special thanks to the administrator Maria, for the warm welcome and responsiveness to all requests.

A big and weighty minus that negates everything is the unbearable audibility in the room. Literally everything is audible - from the opening/closing of every door on the floor to the quietly turned on TV at the neighbor; you will hear who the neighbor is talking to behind the wall on the phone on speakerphone or video. Moreover, the neighbors do not relax with a noisy company in the room, but simply stay there. There was no such audibility anywhere I've ever lived, even in the dorm when I was a student

We rested here in August for 3 days. The room is spacious, the furniture is decent. I was surprised by the presence of wet cleaning) So, without any walks and reminders about cleaning, we were just asked on the second day, "now there will be cleaning, do you need it?". This is the first time in 3 years of rest. Usually you need to go and beg, or we rested in the wrong places.
There is a kitchen for self-catering, a small playground. The sea is close, the smell of eucalyptus is wonderful, the only thing is to be prepared for the fact that families with children are relaxing here and the audibility is very good. This is the only negative. Otherwise, I'm happy.

We were very pleased with the hotel. The rooms are clean, the cleaning is done every other day, the bed is changed once a week. The room has a TV, mini fridge, soap, shower gel and shampoo are also provided. The ironing board is located on the ground floor. You can buy water and beer at the reception. There is a separate veranda-kitchen, you can cook and eat yourself and have a nice time with the company. The staff is friendly. I recommend.

We rested in this wonderful place.It was the first time in Abkhazia and we got to this hotel with chic Abkhazian hospitality.The hotel was full, but the owner went to a meeting and found us a room with a sea view.This eco-friendly hotel has everything for convenience.Moreover, there are different games to avoid sitting in one place.It is very quiet and it is here that you can hear the birds singing.There are no disadvantages, only some advantages.I definitely recommend it!

Hello everyone, we had a rest in August 2023. At the Rodero Hotel. The price / quality corresponds unambiguously! Excellent service, helpful staff, always help and prompt, the rooms are always clean, which is important. A real paradise for vacationers, near the sea in a 10-minute walk. The hotel has a wonderful atmosphere, nature, everything you need to relax your body and soul. We had a family vacation, we really enjoyed it. We will definitely come back again! Well done guys! We visited Abkhazia for the first time and had pleasant memories))) Many thanks to Roman for meeting us , showing us everything, telling us, you can immediately see the cordiality and the fact that the person is really interested in making you have a good rest , very polite staff , the territory is clean and well-groomed , there is Parking on the territory of the hotel , a kitchen where you can cook yourself breakfast and roast in the evening kebabs. But there are also several very good establishments around the hotel, where the staff is good and the prices are pleasant.
The beach is a 2-minute walk from the hotel , the Pebble beach is large, there are sun loungers.
You can wash your clothes at the hotel , there is an iron , towels are provided .
It is very good that they can advise you right at the reception and immediately arrange an excursion, I highly recommend the Alpine Meadows excursions - this is a very cool excursion!!!! (We wanted another one, but Roman recommended this one and we never regretted it)))
And in no case do not take an excursion - Tkuarchal! It costs neither time nor money, all that was good there was only the Giant Waterfall, but try to get there outside the tour, just go there for almost 5 hours ……
The evening Gagra tour is also good, in principle, you can take a minibus to Gagra in 100 rubles and see everything, but you can hardly climb the observation deck yourself, so the tour is 700 rubles so that the evening does not disappear.
And new Athos, do not go to this tower, there is nothing special, spend only time and money, immediately go to the cave for this money, because there are a lot of tourists and they snatch tickets very quickly , you will have to sit and wait for another 1.5 hours, but if it turns out that way, then you can go to an abandoned station and a lake nearby It's very beautiful and authentic there))
I highly recommend the hotel, cool, welcoming , open , friendly people, it's very pleasant and worth a lot))

We stayed at the hotel in June 2023.
Two adults and a baby.Let's start with the pros:
1.The distance from the border by car is 5 minutes, the road is not exhausting, which is very convenient with children.
2. A good hotel, clean, the territory is well maintained, the staff is polite and helpful. There is no noise at all if the room overlooks the mountains. The room is spacious and well renovated.A baby cot was provided upon check-in, which is important.
3.There is a kitchen with a dining area outside, there is everything for self-cooking.Everything is clean and comfortable.
4. Close location to the sea. There are few people on the beach.
There are practically no disadvantages, but:
1. In fact, there is one grocery store nearby, in which there is not quite a large selection from the word.
2. An unpleasant situation with the driver Vadim at the hotel, namely: they asked to take him to novaya Gagra, but he recommended a "delightful" route 2.5 km long. They trusted the man, but in vain, as they drove 8.5 km with a stroller. After the claims were made, he waved them off and said he took them where they asked. The second driver Evgeny is the same pretzel. After talking with the vacationers, we realized that we are far from the first victims of these eccentrics with the letter "M". I highly recommend not using taxi services and excursions from drivers at this hotel!
The attitude of the owners (the guys are Russian) is definitely worth highlighting, they meet at the border, they will advise where to eat, they will take you in any direction.

We had a rest at the end of August, and we are staying in RODERO for the second year in a row. The hotel is located away from the noisy road, with a gorgeous view of the mountains or forest from the balcony. The rooms are cozy, clean, and have everything you need to stay. There is a separate kitchen where you can cook your own meals. In general, there is everything for recreation) maybe I forgot to list something, but everything is indicated on their website, the photos are real. The sea is a two-minute walk away, there are cafes and shops nearby. Friendly staff, special thanks to the host Denis for his cordiality and hospitality. I want to come back again and again!!!

A gorgeous wooden house with 3 floors. The hotel is new, it smells very tasty inside of wood. Comfortable rooms,necessary furniture,refrigerator,shower,air conditioning,Wi-Fi throughout. A wonderful veranda with a kitchen where you can sit together in a warm company. For those who want to take a break from cooking, Katya and Luda cook amazingly in the neighboring Cypress guest house, everything is incredibly tasty and affordable.
The sea is within walking distance (3-5 minutes slowly) , the beach is a wrench, there are few people, the coastal zone is wide, no one lies on you😁 Besides the fact that you were lucky with the owners and staff (responsive, kind, and just cool guys), you were lucky with the company of guys vacationing there, it was a lot of fun, lots of impressions. Plus the warm sea and delicious Abkhazian wine😉
I will say one thing - Roma, Denis and Roma have made a lot of efforts to ensure that we rest comfortably and warmly in RoDeRo.I sincerely wish the guys prosperity and expansion, grateful guests and may all troubles and troubles pass you by! See you!

A very cool eco-friendly hotel, close to the border with Russia, which is very convenient. The owners of the hotel are very hospitable people, especially pleased with Denis, who met us at the border, helped us navigate the area, suggested where to go to eat. So far, organized meals are not provided at the hotel, but there are many cafes nearby where you can go. There is a kitchen on site where you can cook your own meals, as well as a barbecue. It is a 2-minute walk to the beach, it is not crowded, sun beds can be rented.
The rooms themselves are new, made of high-quality timber, everything is provided in the room for a comfortable stay.
The room has air conditioning, the hotel has wi-fi, which helped a lot.
We expected Sovkov service from Abkhazia, but such a hotel and such a wonderful attitude made our vacation wonderful! Thank you.

Let's start with nice spacious rooms, each room has a split system, well-maintained territory, since the hotel has been operating since 2021- everything is in good condition, the sea is clean, but this is probably a plus to the sea. The minuses were much more promised by the sea within walking distance, in fact it turned out to reach the road, cross it, go through the forest and then the sea, there is no cafe or dining room, all the staff are drinking, they drink with hotel guests every evening, so I do not advise children at all, you can hear in the room as if everything is happening in your room, beds they are not comfortable, the lights are constantly turned off, there is no late eviction service. In short, before you go there, think a hundred times.

We had a vacation with my wife in August 2022.I liked everything very much. It's not far from the sea. The owners are wonderful, attentive, hospitable and just great guys. They meet you at the border and escort you. The house is made of cylinders of an ancient forest, the smell cannot be conveyed. Excellent rooms with air conditioning, bathroom. a node, a loggia. The staff is attentive and helpful. You feel at home. I really didn't want to leave. We are thinking of coming back next year.
