We were vacationing with my husband in 2018, in a room on the 2nd floor, almost opposite the kitchen, and every night a huge rat ran into us. This madam got into the closet where the refrigerator is. I was gnawing on tea bags, rustling I don't know what. We notified the staff, we were given a rat thing that fits into an outlet and a sticky mousetrap. We endured it for five days. The crap in the socket does not work at all, and at night my husband kicked a rat on this mousetrap out the door, the sight is not for the faint of heart, so I was also pregnant. They closed the door and this rat was devoured by crows. This is tin, comrades, everything is normal in this hotel, but the rats overshadowed the whole impression. Decide for yourself whether it's worth paying for it or not, we had a suite, and the guys we met had a regular room, and they didn't have such a problem.
A very good hotel, everything is on the level for its price. They speak Russian and English, which is convenient. The reception is as responsive as possible, which is nice.
