A great place with its own music-themed atmosphere.
The administration is very positive and sociable.
As they say, I have not seen any ants in other reviews, they were probably poisoned.
Parking in Batumi is a headache, but it is not the hotel's responsibility to provide parking spaces. I know there are hotels in Batumi with separate parking spaces, but the price tag there is not expensive for an ordinary tourist.
The room itself is in good condition and clean. Yes, most likely the furniture has already been there for several years, but a low- and medium-priced hotel cannot change furniture every year, it will destroy the business.
As a result: I really liked it. The price/quality ratio is very good. If you are an unassuming tourist with a limited budget and want a simple but nice room without any problems, this is the place.

Please contact us only if you are not afraid to be homeless. We tried to check into this hotel last summer. Because we were 3 adults, we booked a two-room room. We arrived to check in and found out that the room is occupied. The receptionist offered an absolutely inadequate replacement, for a one-room studio with a parody of a sofa on which it is not possible to sleep and a side view instead of a sea view. And for the same price! It looked like a signal from us.
Next, the administrator left, went through Airbnb and offered another replacement hut, and even with an additional 20 GEL per day, apparently charging herself a search fee. Naturally, we refused. She explained everything by overbooking, i.e. someone booked in parallel, but! at the same time, she kept in touch with us a few days before arrival, as well as the day before and on the day of arrival, and asked us what time we would arrive, i.e. she knew perfectly well that we were going and what time we would check in. It turns out that she was aware in advance that she would not check into the promised room, but she kept silent about it in correspondence. In other words, we were just dumped. The name of this beautiful lady, judging by the nickname in the telegram, is Ella. So, if possible, look for something more reliable.
P.S. The deposit for housing was never returned to us, because Ella put a note that the tenants simply did not move in until the right time. Be careful!

A wonderful place, we took a sea view, there was a Green day room.It was clean, cozy, and had everything you needed.Towels were changed every day, beach towels and cleaning 1 time in three days.This hotel is located in one of the towers of the ORBI complex, across the street is the sea and many cool restaurants.Special thanks to El for the help.sincerely, Alexandra and Anastasia, from 6 to 14 August 2024
