The hotel is 5 stars. Really not 5. Shabby, stains on the carpet, furniture in scratches. Well, a separate pleasure is a park next to the hotel, with drug addicts and migrants, it's better not to go in the evening). Munich is no longer the same

Stayed at this hotel 4.10.22-8.10.22
I didn't like the hotel at all. Breakfast for 4 .
When you leave the hotel, you immediately get to the homeless. They sleep there , drink there , and dance there . A whole flock is gathering . They come up and ask for money . There are a lot of homeless and gregarious people . The room was dirty , the scales were moldy , they just smiled at my carvings and said OK . But they never changed it .

The hotel is conveniently located: on the one hand - next to the Central Station, where almost all urban underground and surface transport routes converge, and on the other - within walking distance of the main attractions of Munich. The hotel is quite expensive, but offers a great combination of price and quality. It has a combination of Italian lightness and English commitment to tradition, which is typical for the Anglo-Italian Rocco Forte family, which owns this hotel and a dozen more in different countries of the world. The staff is very friendly and helpful. A wonderful breakfast: fresh juices, sparkling wine, magnificent Bavarian sausages... The rooms are bright, comfortable, you feel cozy here!
On the ground floor there is a large swimming pool, a sauna and a steam room, where you can recharge your batteries in the morning before work or relax in the evening. TV offers about 200 channels, among which there are leading Russian ones. If the budget allows, the Rocco Forte Charles Hotel is a great place for a holiday, including a family one, and a starting point for visiting the city's attractions. The hotel will be attractive for business travelers as well as for events.
