Given the bad weather conditions, I wanted to wash my car today at this magical car wash. We drove up to the car wash, the signs were not working, the inscription "temporarily blocked" was lit on the terminal's scoreboard. But there was an operator's number. I called several times, the number is not available. I hoped the sink was just busy, because there are no signs. I waited another 15 minutes. A man walked into the car wash building, came out after 5 minutes, and when asked if the car wash was working, he just waved his head. The guy is very arrogant, he didn't say anything, but he showed his attitude to work and to the client with all his appearance. As a result of waiting, I lost my time, my mood, and once again became disappointed in the service sector.
The terminal is not working. The bill acceptor is not working. (I suspect the coin collector is working, but I haven't checked it). Out of the 4 times I drove up to this service, I managed to wash the car only once. And then some guys who were hanging around deigned to accept the payment and turned on their automation manually.
