It is difficult to call the satisfaction of the purchase. At first, I decided to order a set of consumables on Saturday — I immediately clarified that the previously purchased set at another site (Wildberries) turned out to be unsuitable. The seller convincingly promised that everything would be perfect for them and delivery would be agreed on Tuesday. However, on Monday, the situation changed dramatically: they called and reported that the necessary product was suddenly out of stock.
Having decided to check the seller's honesty, just a few minutes later I made a similar order, but from another account — my wife. The surprise came almost instantly: they immediately called her back and confirmed the fast delivery! It becomes clear that the seller is either deliberately misleading customers, or is openly trying to sell low-quality goods ("palenka").
Expectations from the service have been deceived, and trust has been lost. I was extremely dissatisfied with the purchase. I definitely won't recommend the store to others.
We bought consumables for the vacuum cleaner several times, there are no questions about the quality of the product. But today it turned out that the store employee does not know what basic politeness and communication with the customer are.
Today, 3.07, we were shopping at Globo and, on occasion, decided to buy filters. A sign with the inscription "technical break" and a telephone number hung on the doors of the pavilion from the outside. We dialed the number, but there was no answer. When we returned an hour later, we found the same sign. This time, the young man who answered apologized very politely and explained that today there should be his replacement, whose number is written on the back of the plate. Turning the sign over, I saw the inscription "I'm nearby" and the phone number. I called back and heard that the store was closed, the day off, that the information was on the website. Everything was expressed in a rude way... The sign misled me... On the part of the seller, polite explanations were enough and everything would look like a nice misunderstanding. Of course, I will not buy anything else from this seller, and I do not advise you. The word POLITENESS is clearly not about this store...
We ordered a Jimmy electric broom. We chose the model ourselves, so I can't say anything about consultants. I can only mention the highest level of service. The delivery was scheduled to Vitebsk by courier. However, the courier car broke down and, in theory, the delivery should have shifted the next day. Initially, they promised delivery at 16:00, then they explained the situation and assured me that I would have the goods TODAY. And so it happened. The owner of the store personally brought our order from Minsk to Vitebsk. It's nice when a company is responsible for words and the customer comes first, not profit!!!! The only thing that upsets is the fact that prices are rising very rapidly, but here the question is rather not to the store, but to the supplier, or exchange rates. Overall, I liked the service.
I agree with the previous review. The courier's level of politeness and involvement in the sale of goods is zero. Minus 10 is the rating of the service
