One of the first establishments in Levada. At that time, they were bribed with delicious fir tea (with cones), not a bad cappuccino/ Americano, the interior and the opportunity to work in a coffee shop in comfort.
But soon I noticed the constant rotation of baristas, and with it the instability of the quality of brewed coffee, the same fir tea (and this was observed both among trained beginners and those who are experienced). And the situation has not changed in the last 2 years.
A few years later, many other establishments opened in Levada, which are more pleasant in taste and stability of the quality of the brewed coffee, which also have interesting and cozy interiors. But only Roast has the opportunity to purchase fresh coffee of its own roasting.

I visited a coffee shop to try a set. As for the decoration, it is the best of those coffee shops "in the area" that I have been to and is more beautiful than in some places in the city center.
Seth himself: the filling in the dessert is very tasty, I did not like the cookies (as if with palm oil), the drink was not (nevertheless, the taste of coffee turned out to be very strong, I do not like it). I was glad that I won a wonderful lip tint. A really cool promotion.
What disappointed: cleaning. Already at the beginning of the third, the bucket in the bathroom was full to the brim. Although, I think, for residents of the residential complex where the coffee shop is located, this is not a problem. But, of course, I would like to see cleanliness

Coffee is brewed well (on beans from Roast roasters), cappuccino turns out to be light, tasty, without flavors, with a dense foam.
Desserts are ordered from a third-party pastry shop (you can immediately see that the Window and 1801 have the same cake supplier). If you come and see a yellow popsicle on a stick, feel free to take it, this is one of the most delicious desserts, codenamed "Lemon cheesecake".
The atmosphere is just like the others - light, plush armchairs and sofas, plaster vases with flowers. An aerial installation on the ceiling sets the tone for the whole room - apparently an imitation of clouds☁️
The staff is normal, they do not greet guests with stone faces as in the neighboring Cooking, And they will recommend drinks and tell you what is included in the desserts.

The syrup in the coffee costs 80 kopecks. In all normal coffee shops they offer free, but here it's almost a ruble. Moreover, the staff periodically (about once every two days) "forgets" to add it. And so you buy a bumble or espresso tonic for almost 10 rubles, but they won't pour you any syrup, or put a slice of orange / lemon. They used to decorate it with a sprig of rosemary, but it probably costs another 10 rubles now. Check what is being poured for you, I have never seen such lawlessness anywhere else.

The ottomans in some places are dirty, I don't even want to sit down, there was a coffee machine next to us, a lot of coffee was just poured out of it, it even got on the sofa, I didn't want to sit next to this "shit" when we arrived, the table was not cleaned, only after they said the girl decided to clean, and then...I just wiped it with a damp cloth, the table was wet, why not go dry right away? Also, the rest of the tables, people have left, everything is standing, the girl doesn't even think to go clean up, just plates and cups around you.
