Сама больница хорошая. Всё есть. Душ на этаже, очередей в него нет. Хорошая столовая, где стоит микроволновая печь, в термосе всегда есть кипяток, в чайнике холодная кипячёная вода. Можно свободно прийти, оазогреть еду и там же покушать. В коридоре целых 3 холодильника для хранения продуктов. Розетки для зарядки телефона тоже в коридоре. Их достаточно.

К сожалению, иногда приходится посещать данное место. И чаще всего по ночам. В последний раз ехали с подозрением на аппендицит, ребенка сильно рвало... При оформлении документов, я держала ребенка, пакет и вещи и не могла отойти от окошка. На меня стали орать, чтобы я убрала оттуда ребенка. И мне было непонятно, вот как лучше, чтобы я держала ребенка и пакет, в который вот это вот все... Или пусть бы оно все на пол. Хамство просто было. Ситуация итак тяжёлая, так ещё и орут, когда пытаешься максимально сделать им лучше, чтобы им убирать не пришлось.
Далее самое интересное, что врач отправил домой до утра... Это с 3 до 9. Что если будет сильное воспаление, то вот приезжайте и узнаем. То есть даже не было мысли, что ребенку может стать ещё хуже... Что может лучше под наблюдением оставить в больнице. Но пришлось ехать домой и утром обратно. Благо, что все обошлось, но последовательность действий в такой ситуации была непонятна.

Но мы столкнулись с грубостью со стороны мед персонала - очень неприятно. Понятно, что никто не должен улыбаться и быть доброжелательным, но и огрызаться и грубить - тоже не должны.
То мы не там сели, то не туда пошли, то не так зашли. А время 2 часа ночи и мы переживаем за своего ребенка - хотелось бы больше понимания со стороны мед персонала.

Персонал - крутой! (Хирург, который оперировал, девушка-хирург из приемного отделения). Палаты - по 5 человек. Лежали дети разных возрастов: я и 2х летний малыш мой, и 4 мальчика от 6 до 10 лет. На мой вопрос о другой палате сказали,что это - ПОСЛЕДНЕЕ место в отделении, вам повезло 😯😑.
Пролежали сутки - не спала. Написала отказ и скорее сбежали оттуда, т.к. я могла необходимый уход за ребенком осуществлять дома.
В приемном очереди - будь то 21 вечера, тем более в 9 утра...когда мы приехали натощак (перед этим вечером были там в приемном). Операция была только в 11 утра.
