A cozy small hotel in the Old Town in Bukhara. The narrow streets of the once richest Jewish quarter here. The tourist street and the main attractions are just a 5-minute walk away. The staff responds very quickly to reservations, is very welcoming, helps with trusted guides and drivers, and also feeds delicious breakfasts. If we manage to come to Bukhara again, we will stop only here.
A quiet street in the old town. But the tourist center is very close. The hotel is cozy, the rooms are excellent, the friendly host and staff. Excellent breakfast, several dishes to choose from. Recommended!
The location is perfect: 5 minutes along the narrow streets of the mahalla and you are in the center of Bukhara. The hotel is very cozy, there is a feeling that you have come to visit someone, the rooms are decorated in a national style. The room is pleasant to be in despite the fact that it is small. There is a shower, the water is really cool. It is clear that the owners try and love their hotel. A very delicious breakfast! There is a rooftop terrace at the hotel. Of the cons: the lock did not work and the room was not locked, the owner fixed it
The owner was trying to cheat. He was rude. We ordered a suite. He tried to put us in a standard room for this money. And when we didn't agree, he tried to fight. I had to urgently leave for another hotel!
Unlike the professional photos of the hotel, which are posted on the Booking website and were apparently taken a very long time ago, it was unpleasant to look at the walls and furnishings of the room. The tiny windows of the room overlook the staircase of the hotel. All the smells and sounds, respectively, are in your room. The light from the stairs through very thin curtains makes it difficult to sleep. There is no sound insulation, therefore, all the sounds made by your neighbors and hosts (who live on the ground floor) are constantly in your room. There is no refrigerator in the rooms, no kettle either. Shampoo and soap were given to us only on the first day. Washed dirty gray bed linen and towels. On an incomprehensible dirty roof, which the owners positioned as a place to relax, bed linen was always dried.
I found two advantages: breakfast and the location of the hotel.
The owners are frankly unpleasant. The young man who often sat at the reception desk never said hello. The owner Bakhtiar tried to offer us an excursion, but over the next 3 days we could not find out any details about it (how many hours it is calculated, what it will include, etc.) except for its price. Therefore, they refused such an excursion and were glad that they used the services of a wonderful guide, with whom they had agreed before the trip to Bukhara. The same can be said about the transfers from the railway station and to the airport, which were organized by the owner. They were just nervous.
Staying at the Rizo Boutique Hotel left me with the most unpleasant impressions. Especially compared to Samarkand, which was the first on our trip to Uzbekistan and its amazingly hospitable people and wonderful hotel. I realized that when choosing a hotel, you need to read the worst reviews first of all, so as not to spoil your vacation. Don't waste your money and nerves on staying at Rizo Boutique. I don't recommend it to anyone.
A wonderful place in the heart of the old town, with small streets, just a couple of minutes from all the sights and restaurants.
The air conditioner was already working in the room before my arrival, it was cool. I got into a hot time of +43, it was cool in the room, I slept under a blanket. Importantly, the bed is comfortable. Very quiet, slept like never before.
The breakfasts are varied, fresh cottage cheese with sour cream, apricot jam was especially liked, fly, all kinds of salads, uchpuchmak or a small pizza, and watermelon, melon, peach, plum and strawberry, it is not possible to eat everything.
The owner of the hotel took me on an excursion to the Naqshbandi Mazar, to the summer residence, it's outside the city. Very hospitable host and hostess, one day they cooked pilaf. They recommended where you can eat delicious manti or pilaf.
I recommend it, I am very grateful for such a warm welcome.
The attitude towards the guests is strange, they demand money for everything. The shared kitchen cannot be used.I do not recommend this hotel! There are plenty of others at their prices.
I don't understand where such estimates come from. It's a terrible place. We have traveled more than 40 countries with my wife and are calm about any conditions. But there was a tin here)
Everything is very beautiful in the photos, but in fact it is a hole. The sewer stinks. At my polite request at 12.00 to move us to a room with a window (the old house and the windows in the rooms consider that there are no windows. There are Windows only in 2 rooms and they are on the pictures) we were told loudly and irritably that we would not make the bed for you, since you have already stained one and get out of here since you do not like living without a window))) we were happy to move out, because we had a reservation for 4 days and we didn't want to live there and didn't know how to move out)
Of the advantages, only breakfasts. They're normal. But the child walks and coughs bronchial cough into your plate the whole breakfast, but it's honestly delicious.
The hotel is very nice. cozy rooms, delicious food that is included. not far from the beautiful places and the bazaar, as well as not far from the train station, well-deserved 5 stars.
Great. Excellent. Clear.cozy, comfortable. Everything is decorated with taste in the national style. And the kitchen.... Just a delight. The eggplant is simply delicious. I took a recipe for my family. There are several types of baking. One is better than the other.
The number was changed . For a large sum, they gave me a simpler room. On the ground floor there is a smell of sewage ( not critical - but still ) Everything is fine on the second floor with a bathroom. Overall not bad (good breakfasts). They respond for a long time in personal correspondence ...
A hotel with a cool oriental design. The rooms themselves are not very large. The bathroom and the room are at least poorly lit . In principle, the hotel is good , but with individual nuances
A wonderful hotel, everything was at the highest level, except for breakfast, there was really nothing to eat, that is, you can eat ordinary breakfasts if you have time to take them, they just dismantled the VSK very quickly
An Uzbek-style hotel, a courtyard, the room is beautiful, but we were in November and it was cold in the room, we slept dressed under two blankets.

The worst hotel I've ever met
I don't recommend it
Breakfast is meager
The six of the head tried to throw money several times in a row
Of the advantages, there is only one - the location to the center
A nice hotel in a great location, cozy, atmospheric, clean, has everything you need. the owner is wonderful, help in everything!
The city itself is fabulous!
A colorful hotel with an ethnic mood. Excellent interior decoration in the style of ancient masters. Clean, tasty, convenient. A wonderful warm welcome from Bakhtiyar and Kaloma. Thank them for the rest.
An attentive host. Organizes everything from lunch to sightseeing. Such people create the impression of Uzbekistan with openness, hospitality and attention.
