The oldest and only bus station in the capital of Latvia. It is located at the entrance to the Old Town and next to the railway station. I am pleased with the cleanliness and round-the-clock working hours.
A very small waiting room. There are very few places. It's cramped because of this. Paid, but dirty toilet (there must be one thing). And yet - homeless people should bask in a flophouse, not at the train station, where they spread their flavors and take up seats. The station has probably not been repaired since Soviet times.
The bus station is extremely inconvenient.
It closes at 24 o'clock and opens at five in the morning. If you have a night flight, wait for the bus in the station corridor, without a toilet and surrounded by the same poor devils.
The toilet at the bus station is paid - 50 cents. At the same time, it is dirty and has a characteristic smell of a free toilet.
The storage room is automatic, but only for 10 or 15 cells. Accordingly, there are no places.
There is also a storage room with a storekeeper, but it does not work.
There is a self-service cafe with three tables at the bus station.
There is also a newsstand with coffee and sandwiches, several coffee machines, a couple of kiosks with small items.
Wi-Fi is good, free.
The area around the station is dead, littered, and there are a lot of homeless people.
In general, do not expect to comfortably wait for your bus here.
