I want to leave a review and thereby warn tourists who are going to spend their holidays at this hotel.
The hotel itself is beautiful, new, great food. This is where the advantages end. Security at the hotel and the attitude of the staff to tourists is at zero.
The tour was bought for 9 nights for all inclusive. On the very first day, I slipped on a slippery tile on the hotel grounds (this tile has been written about more than once here) and broke my knee.I still don't understand how you can lay glossy tiles near the pool.After this incident, I naturally became more careful.Several times before our eyes, people fell on this tile (including children), but the hotel staff did not react to what was happening. And then the penultimate day of our vacation came -the next day we had to fly home. After lunch, we settled down by the pool. I went swimming. After leaving the pool and taking 2 steps, I slipped and started falling backwards. Having regrouped in time, I put my right hand up and fell on it. My husband immediately ran up, then vacationers and rescuers. I want to note that I do not drink alcohol and was completely sober. After that, a Russian-speaking manager came out. According to the insurance, I was taken to the hospital, where they provided first aid. The diagnosis is a closed fracture. Returning in the evening, the staff did not even ask how I was feeling and what was wrong with my arm. The next day we had a plane at 8 pm . We asked the reception to extend our room until 16:00. To which we received an answer-200 USD. Due to severe pain, I didn't sleep all night. The husband turned to the reception again, and then to the manager. And only thanks to the indignation of my husband and the number of tourists who heard the scandal, we were extended the room until 16:00.
Arriving home, I turned to an orthopedist, where I was diagnosed with a closed comminuted fracture with displacement. I needed surgical treatment, and now I have to undergo long-term rehabilitation. Since my hand is right and working, I have incurred significant expenses for recovery, and also cannot fully work. The staff and management of the hotel did not even ask how we flew and how my health was.
I want to draw the attention of the hotel management that we will contact lawyers, because there was an injury on the territory of the hotel, and the staff simply did not even show interest in resolving this issue. I want to note that anyone could have been in my place and injuries could be even more serious - both a broken head and spinal injuries. It is a pity that a hotel of this level does not value its guests and does not care about their safety!

- the air conditioners in the room are turned on at 19 degrees upon arrival , it is very cold . Even turning it off , the room warmed up for 2 days
There are the following comments to the service of a five-star hotel:
1) did not help with the luggage at the check-out (called twice, asked for help even when he went down with the luggage himself..);
2) one day all the elevators turned off and had to walk from the 12th floor in the heat;
3) when leaving, they tried to include alcohol for 190 AED in the bill for the room, which I allegedly drank at night, very unwillingly excluded it from the bill and did not even apologize.
Everything is fine, but there are two not big disadvantages, the bracelets on arrival are dead and do not come off, and when you go into the sea, you come across stones, you have skinned your fingers many times.
Today 27.03.23 we live with a family of 2 adults and 3 children in a room consisting of two bedrooms and two bathrooms.
Of the minuses in the room-a smart house that got. My opinion is that you don't need to install such systems in hotels, since you sort them out half of your vacation! The bedrooms are connected by a double door, but since one guest lives, it is implied that people go from room to room, the children simply cannot open this door, no props are provided, we were given props after I asked. In one bathroom, the shower watering can did not work from 24.03 to 27.03, we were waiting for the master. The air conditioner didn't work in one bedroom, it wouldn't be a big problem if there was a balcony or at least a window for ventilation in the room, but we didn't have either, the master also came on 27.03.
THE BIGGEST minus of this hotel is the SEA!
It is shallow and there are stones under water up to the knee and very unexpectedly! I cut my leg with one of those! The main restaurant is not designed for the number of vacationers and you have to spend a lot of time at the table! The kids' club is very weak, there is no animation on the territory!
The hotel is just average. It doesn't smell like a premium. A lot of unpleasant little things
The hairdryer cannot be turned on in the bathroom
The shadow of the hotel falls heavily and as a result it is cool (January)
There are no normal sockets and the phone cannot be charged by the bed
A deposit of $300... what?

Great hotel!!! the service, the interior, the kitchen, are beyond praise. Convenient location. I recommend rooms with balconies overlooking the city.
Of the decent only interiors, it's really five stars. Everything else, service, amenities, food, attitude of the staff - all this is on the top three. There only for very cheap. I don't recommend it.
This is the best place in the world! I wish everyone to visit here

The elevators and the Internet work in turns. There are not enough sun beds for everyone . Everything is fine in the rooms , good cleaning , fresh rooms. But that's all
Everything was great, but there's a big one, but it's food. During the week of rest, there was not a single broth, or just soup. Just mashed soup, something my kids don't eat. There were not enough broths , and just the usual children 's food .
For children, they put French fries, nuggets, pasta.
We stayed with my husband during the exhibition, without children. I liked the hotel. The room was gorgeous - the bathroom and cosmetics are beyond praise)))
