Details on non-revision :
1. Breakfast is a horror - from food to dishes - despite the fact that Shymkent has the most affordable vegetables, meat and fruits - they simply did not exist (the best options are ibis, Ramada, Novotel )
2. SPA - dirt, there is no staff inside, the hammam was generally closed (or rather open and did not work) massage for fabulous money was at a level below the baseboard (the snow room was not in the best condition and there was ice everywhere) the cold water pool was somehow smelly.
3. The bar on the street closes at 00.00 and guests are driven inside the hotel to the White horse Bar, which is very smoky and there are practically no places.
4. Due to the absence of an employee at the reception, I stood sweaty for 30 minutes after jogging in the corridor and paid the cost of another day for it (because I did not make an app check on time) but they never called me with a warning that I had to check out)
5. Taxis do not understand which side the entrance is - a large checkpoint booth on the entrance is obstructed by blocking the entrance (by the way , this is not safe , because you can 't see the cars leaving )

Disgusting hotel! According to the points with photos:
1) we were met by a cockroach at the pool
2) the pool is not well maintained and dirty, the mirrors are stained, etc. (all in the photo)

4) I asked for a baby bed, but alas, there are 4 of them for the whole hotel. How is this possible ???

7) problems with tea. There is coffee in the room, but there is no tea at all. We have to go to the restaurant to get him.

A very clean luxury hotel, I stay in it often when I come to Shymkent. Rich stylish interiors. Luxury in everything. I really like the spa area, the pool, the sauna and the hammam.
