The hotel is new, good rooms, the buffet is not bad, of course there were no steaks, shrimp, trout for dinner, as well as others... Imported drinks, fresh fruits and lightly salted trout for breakfast, the staff tries, but unfortunately they can't cope... The vacationers are mostly Russians, many Kazakhs who behave worse than the Chinese, ill-mannered, loud, heavy drinkers... There are few foreigners. Problems with the sea, the beach is very small and uncomfortable, swimming only from the pier, there is certainly beauty... There is a beautiful reef with fish at the depth, they gave masks to swim. I was bitten by a fish while I was standing on the stairs, it was bleeding heavily, it was unpleasant, but they said that poisonous fish only at night, but it was scary anyway, thank God it was okay! The pool is warm, big, but, BUT!!! The umbrellas were not opened because of the wind, it was very hot and unpleasant! And the worst thing was at the airport, we were bullied by the security staff at every turn, as if we were prisoners in prison!!! And the sale of seats at registration completely drove everyone out of themselves, they stood for 1.5 hours because of this!!!To summarize, I will now think a hundred times whether to go to Egypt or not! We urgently need to change such a search, which we are shocked by, and they get special pleasure from mocking Russian tourists!!!Now think about whether you need such a vacation or not...

This was our first time on the Rixos network. I liked the hotel, good service, convenient location, not far from the Airport, and this is a big plus. The beach area is not large, but there are enough places for everyone) It's a very beautiful reef. It was November 10, 2024, and the evenings were cool, windy, and you couldn't do without a sweatshirt. The big plus of this hotel is that you can visit other Riksos and it's free! There is a bus service to Rixos Sigate, and you can get to the rest yourself for $3 by taxi. Bargain, you will definitely leave! Be sure to bring an HDMI cable, a USB flash drive with a TV series or a TV stick! Because well, who's going to watch the dreary TNT, not even YouTube. The kitchen is normal, there is always a choice of what to eat. Strawberries every day, melon, etc. A huge selection of sweets for breakfast, lunch and dinner. Barbecue is open for lunch and dinner, we had shrimp once, but I don't recommend it because they don't know how to make seafood. Cleaning is normal, the bar is replenished in the room, there are cola, juice, water, tea left 1-2 $ The territory is clean, there is a large swimming pool, there is a place to walk / sit. Three or even four bars are open late. The road to the sea is 5 minutes by bus, it runs every 15 minutes, it is convenient, there is always a place. The beach is cool, the reef is super, there are few waves. It's better to take masks with you, although prices in the mango market are similar to our marketplaces. When choosing a hotel, we thought that it would meet our expectations, we did not believe the reviews (which is a pity) We constantly relax in Rixos hotels, this is the most terrible, in every sense,there is no service,restaurants without an extensive menu,the food is boring, sometimes not tasty at all,they do not do cleaning,the villa is dirty, the staff does not react, they already wrote to the management, you need to wait for a golf cart for 20 minutes to be taken from the Villa,more we will not go here, and we will not advise anyone! There is no hot water in the shower, for two days I solved the issue at the reception, the result is zero. Then I turned to the guide from the tour agency, the issue was also not resolved. Food: This is agony!!! Every day is Groundhog Day!!! It's all the same! Edible, but every day the same food gets boring. The choice of dishes is very weak. Bottom line: this is not RIXOS, but a pathetic imitation. Do you want to spend 30-40% more than typical hotels in Sharma - velkom!
