I was at the hotel in cold weather, I didn't have to swim in the lake. I swam in the pool, a nice sauna. I took a walk in the woods. The hotel has a good children's center, children enjoyed visiting it. The cuisine is varied and delicious. And the staff is very polite.

A beautiful big hotel, but the service does not reach the level of 5 stars. Room service delivers kits on request if they are reminded about it several times. There is a buffet breakfast, but the salad bar was outraged, where guests are forced to stand with plates and wait until the waiter behind the window, as in a store, slowly serves 2 pieces of cheese, then a portion of salad.

The staff is good, they try to keep the series. The hotel requires the renovation of some furniture and sanitary equipment. Very poor sound insulation with a corridor, the guests are mostly with children, after the closure of the children's center at 23 o'clock they have fun wherever they can. There is no order in the SPA area. Lockers do not close, there are 24 deck chairs when filling 40 people. The other 16 visitors have nowhere to put their things. You need to keep an eye on the towel, I had to go for a new one three times because someone was constantly taking mine from the shelves near the saunas.

There are fish on fishless and crayfish. Without a doubt, this hotel is the best in the resort area. But how much expectations are met is up to everyone to decide for themselves. The hotel itself is nice, there is something to eat and in the evenings there are sometimes spontaneous dances to live music.

At the same time, we were not guests of the hotel, we always dine at the Chalet. But paying for admission, and then for the restaurant receipt, is nonsense.
According to international standards, restaurants in hotels are paid and no one at the entrance of the barrier conducts monetary transactions.
