Nice family hotel.
Decent service and staff. A variety of food (even the most whimsical child will find something to eat). Excellent animation, theatrical performances for children, master classes, cooking courses, aqua makeup.
The mini bar in the room is replenished daily and does not require payment, there is a tea/coffee table, safe, iron and ironing board, all bathroom accessories.
Now about the cons.
The coastline is so-so, sharp rocks, algae and the smell of rotten fish at the entrance to the water. The water is constantly muddy, with strong tides in the evenings.
For a premium double room with a large terrace and sea view, we had to pay an additional $ 285 for 10 days. The furniture in the room is tired, mold in the bathroom.
They absolutely do not know how to prepare cocktails at bars, even non-alcoholic ones, they confuse the ingredients or do not add them at all.

There is no water park, but this is not a problem, if you want, take another hotel. I did not rest by the pool, we always went to the sea beach, there are plenty of sun beds, the beach is sandy, the water is clean and very warm, there are no living creatures except small fish. I advise you to take your swimming slippers with you when the tide is out there are pebbles. I didn't like the sea, it felt like a stagnant swamp, as there are artificial fences and a feeling as if you are swimming in a puddle.
A big plus is that the mini bar in the room is completely free and constantly replenished.

The rooms are old, there are stains everywhere. There is mold. Some rooms have bedbugs!!!! Construction site! There's an excavator on the beach. The sea is muddy and dirty. The whole beach is covered in sharp shells, many people have injured their legs. A playground is under construction.
While we were staying, one of the pools (16+) was closed for construction... and this 16+ pool was moved to a hotel where children could swim before....accordingly, all the children were driven into ONE pool for the construction period. There are A LOT OF people...It reminds me of Anapa..There are no sun beds available. The hotel is really crowded. The queues are wild for food. There are queues of 20 minutes at the bar, juice and beer used to be freely available, now they are NOT...only in the queue and through the bar. There are queues for meat for food. There is NO sound insulation in the room!!! Music rumbles until 11 a.m., all the windows in the room rattle.
We won't come back here, that's for sure! You just spend half the day in queues.

We arrived at 10 a.m., immediately checked in. There were no problems, we didn't wait until 15 o'clock. But when they came to the room, they found the curtains on the balcony in greasy, scary spots (and, in principle, everything in the area of the baseboards is the same (. Photographed, shown at the reception. They pretended to be surprised, but no one fixed anything, to this day with the same curtains)....
The rooms are definitely not 30 square meters, as stated, but there is enough space ...
The mini bar with beer, cola, snacks and drinks for children is replenished every day.
The pools are wonderful, all heated, and it's comfortable to swim. For children, there is a separate children's pool and a paddling pool, which smoothly flows into an adult pool.
In general, for those with children, it's just a paradise here: a huge playroom with several rooms, a children's complex on the street and animation on a daily basis. The beach is right on the territory, the water is cool now, but you can swim)
Everything is clean, well-groomed and beautiful.
In terms of nutrition, you can say in one phrase: there is everything! No one will starve for sure. Every day there are 2 types of fish, shrimp, squid, chicken, lamb, beef, pasta, rice in several serving options (with and without sauce), French fries.... from fruits: pineapples, watermelon, apples, oranges, lychee, pitahaya, grapefruit, plums.
