We flew as a family from this company , even when they were located in the arch at Rumyantsev 17 . We are only interested in "very expensive customers."Especially the tour operator Larisa . There is no customer orientation , he responds to messages in messengers whenever he wants , or does not respond at all . Because for her, a tour of up to 2 thousand is "not interesting" even to strain. Although by chance we flew from her for the first time, then we thought not to change the operator and the company, but after coming to her again and messages, we realized that we were "not the level" of this specialist. We do not recommend it!
