I had a rest on October 6-16, 2024, took a room with a sea view (10) plus breakfast.
A minus star for the fact that one morning there were only cold sandwiches for breakfast.
Another minus star is that there was not a single cleaning all the time, I had to wipe the floors myself. I was given a set of underwear - I made the bed myself.
Also, washing dishes after breakfast is independent (without hot water).
The Internet in the hotel is slow and intermittent, if you decide to work with a laptop, there will be problems.

We had a rest from June 13 to 18 with two children aged 11 and 13. A great guest house. We lived on the top floor with a beautiful view of the sea, I was not lazy and timed the time to the beach, from our room to the water 2 minutes. 50 seconds.
The room is new, clean, beautifully renovated, the only thing I lacked was a rug in the bathroom, it's slippery to go out on the tile after a shower, and probably a couple of shelves in the closet 😊
I read a lot about the steps, but it wasn't a problem for us, we can say we didn't notice this drawback, if they hadn't written so much about them in the reviews, it wouldn't have caught our eye.
There are also two kitchens, everything is very clean, cozy, and also on the top there is a small area with a barbecue, tables and swings, it's very cozy there, like at home. Cleaning on demand, a very responsive girl works there!
The owner, Beslan, is a kind-hearted man, he tries very hard and supports his business, this is a huge plus, he is very open and will help in any situation, we have a feeling that we have known each other for a very long time 😊

This is a great place to spend a family vacation. I also want to write about the place itself, it is very quiet, calm, the beach is clean, there are few people, the sea is just gorgeous.

A great place to stay. Geographically located very conveniently, there are shops, cafes, pharmacy, the last stop of transport, 3 minutes walk to the sea.
Good owner, nice staff.
everything is provided in the guest house, there are several kitchens, recreation areas, spacious, neighbors do not interfere with each other.
