The staff is super, everything was shown / told.
Clean, nice. I really liked the path over the stones, sometimes cold, sometimes hot.
Events are held throughout the day, a stand at the reception. If you skip it in the morning, they repeat throughout the day!
Scrubbing, fans in the bath, bread from the oven is delicious.
What surprised me the most was the jet gun for hands in the pool, awesome, just highs.
There are of course a couple of disadvantages, but they are not significant:
- I would like to have more outdoor Jacuzzis, since there is not enough of one, there are always a lot of people, you can't relax…
- well, artificial flowers, in such a place I would like them to look beautiful, at least in two places they need to be replaced. The photo shows a place near the pool where it says “Spa Riviera”, it's a business card, and the flowers seem to be 7 years old.

The center is just super! For a reasonable price, you get a whole floor of various baths, saunas and fonts for every taste! The soul and body are resting) they give out a bath set. Delicious teas are freely available. There are many paid services (vaping, massages, etc.). Pool, Jacuzzi)) A small restaurant, a comfortable locker room and navigation. Administrators are professionals! Well done! And if it's your birthday, then there will be a 20% discount on entrance tickets and a dessert as a gift. We spent 4 hours in the complex, but came out with a feeling of full rest and a surge of strength. We will definitely come again and recommend it!

A very decent place to stay. There are many different saunas and baths, a pleasant atmosphere and music. Everything is very beautiful. You can spend the whole day. The only disadvantage is that the prices for a snack, and even more so for a normal meal, are simply inadequate. It is clear that people with a good income go to this place, but it is unpleasant that they want to charge you three times more for an ordinary piece of cake than in other restaurants.

An excellent spa complex, but despite the not at all affordable prices and a weekday there were a lot of people.. I'm afraid to imagine what's going on over the weekend.. Probably, it is worth coming either to the opening or after 16.00, it seemed to me that after 16.00 the people flooded in.. Of course, it's difficult to spend the whole day here :) but three hours were enough... Thank you that there were few people willing to swim and I swam heartily, since I can't mostly use saunas, then the pool was primary for me.. My husband tried all the available saunas according to the standard package.. They did not understand the bread, they froze in the haymarket :) and we slept a little in the salt room - there was no one there, unlike the sleep room :) someone wrote about the numerous thermoses with fruit tea :) I found one with heavily diluted black :) for this, of course, a minus.. Such a saving for such a ticket price.. We also checked out the queue for bread :))) and salt.. Somehow, all this "free" looks miserable - as a handout is taken out - make sessions more often and there will be no such queues... In general, the spa is cool, of course, I advise you to visit, but not on weekends. The staff is excellent, they will show and tell you everything. And, by the way, who has a cash back for the beauty category - this is it :)) otherwise, at the Beijing Hotel spa, I happily paid with a card for a massage, and it turned out that it was entertainment :)

I recently visited the Riviera Spa, and I had extremely positive impressions! The atmosphere is just magical. Many people have already written about the baths and spa areas themselves, I will write about the restaurant.
Now about the food in the restaurant on the 3rd floor of the spa - it was a real gastronomic journey! Every dish I tried was not only beautifully decorated, but also incredibly delicious. I especially remember the ravioli with salmon — they were rich and fragrant. Hummus with vegetables, cooked to perfection, just melted in my mouth.
Overall, dinner at the Riviera Spa was a real feast of taste for me. I will definitely come back here again and recommend it to many.

The place is just great! Comfortable locker rooms with lockers, a spacious complex and many spa treatments: baths, swimming pools, Jacuzzi. A towel and a bathrobe are provided, and there is also free tea and unlimited water. The staff was polite, leaving only pleasant impressions. Great place! Everything is thought out to the smallest detail, mini safes in the sauna area with recharges, tea, water. At the entrance, they give a towel, an oversized bathrobe and a bedding, if you forgot the Slates, it doesn't matter. On the third floor there is a cigar room and an oriental-style recreation area, I recommend taking a couple of photos for the story. Thanks to the staff, everyone is kind, everything is clean and beautiful. To the one who embodied this business, applause and respect! High! I recommend it!

It's a great place, everything is fine here. I highly recommend taking a VIP if you want to take a break from the noise periodically, because then you will have a separate lounge area with water / tea/ nuts / dried fruits freely available. VIP also provides a separate locker room, a couple of additional procedures and a drink at the bar.
There are quite a lot of people even on weekdays in the afternoon 🙄The rest is great!

I've been here once and I'm unlikely to come again, baths for every taste, there are cafes, massages mostly in Thai style. If you count on a deep pool and at least a dryer for swimming trunks in the men's locker room, then you will be disappointed.
I think the price list of services here is unreasonably high, even for Russians, not to mention local residents.
In short, I consider the troban deserved for this place.

A wonderful place to relax and unwind, for the whole day! Not a budget, absolutely - to relax all day, on a day off, with drinks and a restaurant - prepare to give at least ~ 400byn / person. Russian Russian baths / steam rooms (about 15 pcs.), but, unfortunately, the most sensible (Russian classics, Russian cedar) - for an additional fee (not included in the ticket). Belarusian laznya (also Russian) is also not bad, it is turned on, but there are a lot of people, "f on f", and even more so during the hours of "demonstration soaring" with a bathhouse attendant (steam master). You can also note a large swimming pool with powerful underwater cannons (5-6 pieces - some are simply demolished by the pressure), well, and a Jacuzzi. Also, they bake their own bread, periodically bring it to a special room (yeast aromatherapy). In general, I liked it, I can recommend it, but I would recommend a weekday when there are not so many people. Well done, solid 4+ (minus - for that kind of money, you could include in the ticket a visit to all the steam rooms, and only the services of a bathhouse attendant - for this hard work additional.payment, you can even arrange personal encouragement /tips for them, as in China, for example).
I wish the Administration not to rest on its laurels, and further successful development of such in-demand services!!

Nice Spa complex. I have been there many times. It's nice that there is a discount on the birthday and 9 days after for the whole company. Prices are expensive, especially for additional procedures. And another strange trend has appeared. The staff feels like they are working from under the stick. Maybe, of course, it was an unfavorable day, besides Monday. And another strange thing is that the restaurant menu has relatively inexpensive strong alcohol. But it is not available. Apparently everyone drank at the weekend. I took off only one star. Although I wanted 2. Maybe it's really such a day. It is necessary to be more careful somehow at such prices and the staff should understand that the client no longer owes anything, he paid in advance and for friendly service too. PS Were recently. 4 I leave it. The staff, it seemed to me, works professionally. All steam rooms, pools, massages are working. Cleanliness is everywhere. The kitchen has not deteriorated. Everything was delicious. But the problem with inexpensive alcohol is. There is still no Belarusian beer. The menu is there, but not available. And in the restaurant it is cheaper than 15 rubles for 50 g and now there is nothing on the menu. So the problem is systemic. Where is the inexpensive Belarusian alcohol? After the bath...

A restaurant with delicious pasta. If you need a super relaxing day, distracting from the hustle and bustle after a busy period, you are here. It's just great! This is how some conditions of stay in the complex have changed, now if you get up in a lounger, you need to collect all your things and put them on a shelf, even if you leave literally for a minute, you can not leave anything. We didn't know about this innovation and when we returned to the sunbeds, our belongings were gone. They were removed by an employee. Yes, it would be fine. But. The bath cap and the mat were lost. They fell out and fortunately were found under the sunbed. But why all these difficulties?
In general, the whole complex is beautiful, there are many baths, many opportunities for relaxation, time flies by unnoticed.

We were with the girls, celebrating their BIRTHDAY! The place is beautiful) I will immediately note a small minus. I was supposed to have a cake, like a birthday girl. At dinner, they asked 4 times to bring + 40 minutes of waiting, only a cake = left without it.
The rest of the day was great. We entered at 10.30 am, left at 20.00. The time flew by unnoticed, thank you very much)

I would like to note separately that there are no children in the institution, which allows you to really relax and unwind. This is a huge plus, there are few places like this in Minsk. The staff is also super polite and helpful. The large lockers in the locker room pleased me. A huge selection of recreation areas + additional entertainment every hour. One bread and a Jacuzzi on the street are worth a lot! It is convenient to pay with a bracelet as well, you do not need to carry a wallet.

Чисто и приятно пахнет везде.
Запаха хлорки в бассейне нет.
Множество бань и саун.
Снежная комната - восторг.
Контрастная дорожка для ног - удивительные впечатления.
Множество СПА процедур на любой вкус.
После турецкого пилинга, как заново родился.
Еда вкусная.
Подача быстрая.
Дети не допускаются.
Руководству заведения респект!
Единственное предложение, выдавать бэйджики с именами для крепления на халаты.
Люди путают вещи при выходе из парилок.
Однозначно рекомендую к посещению.

Recently, as I was told, the staff changed. The child was not allowed into the complex. They demanded a passport, a certificate from the school, and identity documents. Attendance is strictly from the age of 16. That is, the child does not just have to be 16 - it needs to be proved! The whole company of 4 people was deployed because of the child. Unimaginable options were offered so that the child alone without parents and company could stay for several hours somewhere outside the building while the rest rested. It seemed to me that people here do not understand the essence of the word rest at all. How can you relax when your child is waiting outside?! Missing logic. Calling the administrator didn't help in any way. Be prepared if you go with a child to prove the age over 16 years. Passport, documents with you. It's like it's not a spa, but a border control point. You can be sure these people are not joking and this is not about customer orientation at all. They are ready to prescribe their own rules above any adequate service. The entire staff is not trained to deal with such situations. There is a very fine line beyond which you can read the disregard for the client. We eventually went to Robinson - there is a completely different approach. We had a great rest. You don't set foot in this place anymore. I don't recommend it to anyone.

What a wonderful place! I was at the Riviera Spa on a weekday afternoon! The girls are nice, everything was explained and conducted. Everything is purely cultural.The pool is large and not deep, but swimming is good. All underwater things perfectly replace body massage. There are small pools with different water temperatures, all for an amateur. Such a variety of baths will allow you to choose the right temperature, I liked the Roman, Moroccan, they are with a lot of steam. Those who do not tolerate an ordinary steam room have baths and 50 degrees.There are,,cheerful souls,,contrasting!!! After buying up, you can relax and drink tea. Comfortable lounge chairs and armchairs. There is also a salt room. The music is calm and unobtrusive, and if people communicate with each other, they don't bother anyone. And after leaving the spa, I did not expect such a native wish,,with a light steam!!!, Thank you !!!

This is not the first time we have visited this institution, but today I wanted to share a review related to the disgusting work of the waiters. Three tables were occupied, there were practically no people. After we ate our dishes, the dirty plates were removed only after 15-20 minutes, the empty glasses continued to stand. We ordered coffee afterwards, the bartender made it right away and put it on the bar, but the waiter remembered about our coffee when it was already cold. Conduct advanced training courses with the staff, as they do not correspond to this level of the institution. Thanks for everything else, everything is at the highest level.
