An excellent boarding house for a quiet holiday.
There is a private transfer from the airport / railway in Adler, they will pick you up on time, quickly and comfortably deliver you directly to the hotel.
Very fast and comfortable check-in.
We had a room with a balcony with a magnificent view of the mountains.
It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea, there is a shop near the hotel where you can buy groceries and medicines.
The exit to the shore is periodically cleaned, the water is crystal clear.
In the evening, a bar opens on the territory of the boarding house, where you can order delicious dishes on the grill, alcohol, hookah.
If you have small children, then everything is very well equipped for them here, there is a mini pool, swings, tennis, various activities.
There is an opportunity to purchase various excursions at the reception, tour buses pick you up right at the hotel.
Of the disadvantages, I would like to highlight:
A weak wifi that falls off every 10 minutes;
The organization of orders in the bar is a little lame.

We've been driving for 6 years in a row! It's just a wonderful place, polite staff, homemade food is always delicious! A large area with bamboo, cool trees, bushes with flowers, it's always great, and I advise everyone to go there. In 6 years, they have never caught rotovirus either on the beach or in a hotel!

We visited in September 2024, and we liked everything. We had a rest with the children. There is a Playground on site, a 15-minute walk to the sea, a large beach, not so crowded. A great dining room with simple but delicious food. Very good breakfasts. The rooms are very clean and spacious. Constant cleaning, excellent hotel staff, all good-natured and helpful. We had a rest in August 2024. A very quiet, peaceful place for a secluded holiday. The territory of the hotel is small, well-groomed, I liked that there are swings, sun loungers, benches, a hammock, an area for children, music and barbecue in the evening, areas for evening outdoor recreation. I liked that it was necessary to walk through the forest to the sea and breathe fresh air! The sea is clean, the shore is spacious. The food is simple, homemade, we had enough friendly staff, the room was cleaned regularly. The hotel is located in the Citrusovy state farm, in order to go to places of active entertainment, you need to order a taxi. The hotel is located in the forest, near the Golden Sands and Pine Grove hotels. If you need clean air, clean water, walks in the woods and a relaxing holiday, then the Riviera Hotel is suitable for you.

We had a great vacation here at the end of August 2024. We lived in a bungalow. The rooms are neat, clean, and unkempt. Everything you need for comfort was available in the room. Meals according to the schedule, are allocated for an hour for breakfast, lunch, dinner. At first it seemed a little stressful, but we quickly got used to it and thanks to this we went to the beach early, and most importantly regularly :) according to the dining room menu, I want to say right away that it is diverse, but its basis is inexpensive products ... porridges, soups, side dishes, eggs, compote. In general, the level of the dining room, but we always found something suitable for ourselves, either we took more salad instead of a side dish, or we attacked watermelons) The most important thing!!! None of us had any stomach problems during our stay. Moreover, we arrived on the recommendation of a friend, who also said that everything was fine with them! About the beach, it took 15 minutes to walk along a shady alley, it didn't bother at all. The village itself is abandoned, as well as a lot of things in Abkhazia. However, the sea and a good location cover these disadvantages. It is clean, the entrance is quite safe. The beach is sand at first, pebbles closer to the sea. By the way, before reaching the beach, we passed through relict pines, as on the beach in Pitsunda. They have 20 cm needles :) there is a campsite there, in case someone wants to listen to the chirping of cicadas at night.

We stayed at the hotel in June, with a 10-year-old child.
1) I will start with the territory, it is beautiful, well-groomed, small, but cozy.There are a lot of greenery and various flowering plants.The playground is in the shade all the time, so you can safely let the child go to the playground at any time of the day and not be afraid that heatstroke will catch, the sun will bake.The child was constantly on the playground, he only came into the room to change clothes and sleep, for me this is an indicator of the comfort of the territory.
2)Room cleaning:we lived for 2 weeks, took out the trash every day and changed towels as needed, almost every day.There was no daily cleaning with mopping the floor, toilet, sink, and making beds.I even washed the floor myself once, as I was not satisfied with the type of room.
3)Food:simple, little variety, meat is bad, there is little of it,fish with bones,chicken pieces with bones, there were no normal legs for example or shins, some kind of chopped chicken.Salads were always made of vegetables, without mayonnaise, which is very good.One type of soup for lunch.The breakfasts are the best, for breakfast there are eggs and casserole, omelette, pancakes, sausages, etc.At dinner, we went to their bar, there was a delicious barbecue, freshly caught trout on the grill, French fries.In general, the food is simple, if you don't be moody, then you can eat normally, but without frills.
4) A nurse works at the hotel every day, does massage, but I had otitis media, I turned to her and she immediately gave me the contact of an ENT doctor in Pitsunda, where I went to an appointment, having solved my problem.
So without medical help and advice, recommendations, if something happens, you will not stay.
5) The staff at the hotel is friendly.
6) A big plus for us was that the hostess of the hotel allowed us to extend the room for free until 15.00, although check-out at 12.00 and fed us lunch.For which we are very grateful and grateful.
7) The Citrus village itself is of course a sadness, it is not a Pitsunda, where there are cafes on every corner and there is a place to walk in the evening.In this regard, there are several more or less decent cafes in the Citrus tukhlyak, only one cafe on the beach and that's it (!
The hotel is very suitable for holidays with young children, good territory,birds sing,silence,tranquility,cafes on the territory, you don't need to go anywhere if you haven't had enough)
But for leisure, the Citrus village is so-so, so take excursions, there are a huge number of them, which we did.

Rest for the lover of the quiet and calm. There is a main 4-storey building with an elevator. The bar is open in the evening. There are 6 more bungalows with a veranda and tables. The territory is fenced. There is a playground, a parking lot, and a dining room on site. Meals are served 3 times a day. There are shops, a pharmacy, bars and a bus stop nearby. The sea is a 7-minute walk away, the beach of the villages is pebbly.

Excellent boarding house. You can't do better with children. Dining room for 3+. But the girls' cooks are great. There is such a Petrovich caretaker there, he took it out with a barbecue. But the guy is good. Yes, in general, the impressions were good. You feel quite protected there . But still there is something to finish, for example, there is not enough music in the dining room, and you want sweet things for dinner (as sweet bread is not very good) . If you are eating with a child, I advise you. There is a nurse, the cleaning is excellent, the rooms are above average.

Nice quiet place. Not very far from the beach. There is a pharmacy and grocery stores nearby - if you are with a child, then sometimes you need to buy something from the products, because children do not eat everything from what is served in the dining room.
There are no complaints about the food in the dining room, everything is delicious, but for children (we went with a 3-year-old son) it may seem a little monotonous.

We had a rest in this boarding house this year.It's a beautiful place. The sea is very close. Along the way, the most beautiful sights and sounds, souvenir shops.
The territory of the boarding house is covered with various trees and flowers.I couldn't stop taking pictures)))) the staff is pleasant, they will help you with any question. Our room was simple, but the order was always maintained.The air conditioner is working, which is important!
everyone writes about the TV not working, but we didn't even think about trying to turn it on, because it was not up to him) we came to the sea-we spent whole days there and disappeared and walked wherever possible) the sea is the purest! the beach is not very crowded, which is definitely a plus) we will definitely come back here with the children, the place is awesome for them))

Closed territory, there is a trampoline, rockers, table tennis, tables, sun beds and a children's pool on site. There is a building (5 floors with an elevator) and houses. There is an alley of eucalyptus trees in front of the boarding house (the smell is incredible). Quiet, cozy, safe with children. The staff is pleasant, clean, and the rooms are nice. Just take cash with you, because the Wi-Fi is weak, and if the lights are turned off, you will not be able to pay extra.
The only thing is the food. On the 5th day, they could no longer look at her. Everything is delicious, there is a choice, but every day almost the same thing to choose from.

The food is on, I don't know why they write negative reviews, everything is delicious and homemade, it's clear that no one will serve you trout just like that. But for breakfast there is a choice -eggs, pancakes, cheesecakes, porridge, delicious butter, sausage, for lunch - soup, albeit not always meat, but delicious (one of the dishes at lunch was definitely always with meat), potatoes, buckwheat, cutlets, hedgehogs, cabbage salad, tomatoes, cucumbers and everything is fresh, it is clear that there is nothing left to re-serve not fresh (there is something to compare it with, we were in another hotel in Abkhazia, people were poisoned in the kitchen, intestinal infection was swarming), so I was afraid to get poisoned again, but no, everything is fine.In the evening, you can order food for a fee from the cafe in the courtyard - barbecue, delicious trout, real khachapuri with egg.There is Wi-Fi on site.

This is the fourth time we have been vacationing with our family in this boarding house (the last time was from 07/29/2024 to 08/11/2024).
The wonderful hostess, Manana Ilyinichna, improves living conditions for her vacationers every year. The territory is landscaped. There are wonderful places for evening gatherings (our favorite is a swing for the whole family). On the territory of the hotel, you can order trout cooked on fire in the evening at the bar, khachapur.
We always take a 2-room room, standard. Everything is fine in the room. Cleaning and garbage removal are carried out every day.
The food can be said to be homemade. Only fastidious guests leave hungry, who are always looking for only disadvantages in everything.
The water is always in the tap - both day and night, and even was when the entire Eastern Abkhazia was de-energized. And the most wonderful thing is that you do not need to buy drinking water, but you can pour it from the tap. However, we always took water from the tap near the children's pool.
The staff is always friendly and attentive.
You always want to come back to this boarding house again and again.

We had a rest at the Riviera Hotel!
We liked everything! The food is simple, homemade, everything is delicious and most importantly from fresh products! As they say, they are full and satisfied! The room is without unnecessary frills but clean and cozy with good furniture. The staff is polite and friendly, always ready to help and answer a question! Special heartfelt thanks to the hostess of the hotel Manana .I. It is immediately clear that a person is going through and trying to make everything good and all the vacationers were happy! She cooks very delicious khachapuri herself! Thank her so much!
Also on the territory of the hotel there is not a big bar 🍸 where they fry awesome shish kebab, chicken wings, trout! Everything is fresh and delicious! Thank you so much to all the hotel staff!

If you find fault: we left a request in the administration to sort out the TV, because it did not turn on and bring a hair dryer, but in 4 days they did not do any of this to us. It was possible, of course, to lack staff, but that's not what we came for.

We had a rest at the end of September 2024. On the Island, the rating of the boarding house is not bad, so we chose it.
The boarding house is located in savkhoz, there is no infrastructure at all. One store, a pharmacy. It takes 10 minutes to walk to the sea through mud and ha * well, there are dogs and cows all around. On the first day, we saw a cow standing on the shore and doing her business...but the sea is surprisingly clean, the beach is rocky, sun beds can be taken for free.
The hotel rooms are acceptable for the inexperienced tourist. The bathroom is hygienic.there were only a piece of soap, no dispenser with gel, no shampoos, nothing...
For 10 days they never changed the pastel linen, the towels were terrible, blue, it was disgusting to bring them to the face, they only wiped their feet.
At the hotel, the cleaner does not disdain to pour wine from an open bottle, and the number of pads and napkins has also decreased...on health, if she cannot provide herself with this, it is not a pity, for the note of the administration.
It was some kind of groundhog day for food. Day after day, pancakes fried in butter, egg, sausages, fresh cabbage salad. In 10 days, they just howled...there is one porridge, although there are 2 cans for porridge. The soup is also the same in two cans. Only chicken pieces with bones are made of meat, chicken stomachs, meatballs are not tasty, casserole from yesterday's pasta. In general, one trash, how they stood it, I can't imagine...we treat stomachs at home. Food to fill your stomach without pleasure.
I won't even go for free the second time and I don't advise anyone!!! The vacation was not a success, it's a pity we spent so many days in this boarding house, where guests are not respected.

The most sincere rest
In August 2023, we were a family of three (my wife, my 6-year-old son and I) vacationing in Abkhazia for the third time in a row. Moreover, in the same place: the Riviera boarding house in the Citrus farm near Pitsunda. And all because they are not looking for good from the good! We came to this blessed place for the first time on the recommendation of friends and have never regretted our choice.
Firstly, the location is away from the first line, in peace and quiet, without intrusive animation and night discos. Secondly, the human factor. The wonderful Hostess of the boarding house, Manana Ilyinichna, is exactly the hostess with a capital letter. He delves into everything, keeps everything under control, shows sincere interest in each guest and personally solves minor household problems if they arise. Thirdly, nutrition. Yes, it's a modest buffet, without restaurant frills, but everything is always fresh, well cooked and you won't stay hungry. Apples, bananas, watermelons – regularly. And if you want barbecue, wine, French fries, grilled fish, you can order it in a cafe on the territory of the boarding house at quite affordable prices.
The boarding house itself is very cozy. They clean efficiently. The territory is surrounded by greenery and flowers. Squirrels regularly visit the date palm in the morning. It is very pleasant that the owners work every year to improve the level of service, as we have seen from our own experience. After the first visit in 2021, they wrote in the review book that there were not enough hot pastries in the morning and when they arrived the following year, pancakes and pancakes were the norm for breakfast. And this year we were pleased to notice that the room was renovated: the old shower cabins were replaced with new ones and compact electric kettles with a daily updated tea set appeared!
For a child, it is simply paradise: a bright playroom and a modern playground with a trampoline, where cartoons are projected on a white wall in the evenings. Therefore, without lying, we can say that in Abkhazia (the "land of the Soul") "Riviera" is a real Boarding House of the Soul! We dream of coming here again.

The food is simple, rather monotonous. Breakfasts: tea bags, soluble coffee, sugar, butter, cheese, boiled eggs, sausages, jam. Every day there is some kind of milk porridge and pastries: pancakes or cottage cheese casserole or pancakes. Some kind of vegetable salad, sometimes fresh cottage cheese, the next day they make a casserole out of it. Lunch is a choice of one first course, a couple of vegetable salads, three side dishes (pasta, buckwheat potatoes, rice) almost every day as a main course - chicken stomachs sometimes plus chakhokhbili or pork. But it happened that instead of the main dish there was pilaf, and it was not clear what to eat buckwheat and pasta with. The compote is not very sweet. Dinner is similar to lunch, without the first one, they gave fish, there was herring. Baking is your own, some kind of bun. Tea and coffee.
The territory is clean, the rooms are cleaned-garbage collection. The rooms are simple, the furniture is in good condition. The availability of kettles, etc., in the room depends on the room (suite, semi-suite) read on the website. The staff is friendly, you can get a massage for an additional fee-there is a medical room. There is a parking lot. The beach is shared, pebbly. A pharmacy and a store are on the way. There is a bus from the fountain to Pitsuda, according to the schedule. 40,000 for two people per week in September 2024. It's not expensive, it's not expensive.

It was planned to rest at the Riviera boarding house for 8 days at the end of September 2024, but we did not have enough patience, we moved to Novaya Gagra. They rented a place there and had a great time on the rest of their vacation. Let's go back to the Review. The boarding house initially declared a swimming pool on the territory. There is no pool. There is a small container with dirty, green water. The territory is small, several benches are intact, the rest require repair and it is clear that it has been a long time.
Upon check-in, we were also surprised that there was no hair dryer in the room, even though it was declared. There is only soap from the bathroom accessories. And thanks for that. Everything is broken off in the shower, the sewer does not work.
Nutrition is generally a separate topic. Why does the boarding house include: breakfast, lunch and dinner, if it is not able to feed the vacationers. There is no choice at all, and what they give is tasteless and one kind does not cause appetite. Pancakes for breakfast. I thought it was difficult to spoil pancakes, but they did it too. At lunch, one kind of not particularly edible soup. Buckwheat, tasteless pasta, something similar to liquid dog food, as suggested - it's beans. Meat, as people who have been resting there for a week said, had not seen it once. Chicken bones yes, there are still chicken stomachs. There was no fruit. Dinner is buckwheat again, tasteless pasta and something else incomprehensible. There are also pastries for dinner. A burnt bun with traces of either cinnamon or jam. I've heard a lot of discontent from people about food.
Now about the sea. The sea is beautiful, but this is not the merit of the boarding house. You still need to reach it along the broken path, stepping over cow cakes. There are a lot of cows there. The stench is appropriate.
There's nothing to do in the evening. It gets dark at 19 o'clock and that's it. This is a Citrus state farm. It's funny, when you drive from Pitsunda in a minibus and ask to stop at the Citrus state farm, the whole minibus laughs. People go to Gagra, and you go to the state farm)
I will never go to the Riviera boarding house again. They say that this is a boarding house for pensioners, but they also need to be fed with edible food, and it's a very long way to the sea.

It's even very good for Abkhazia. A secluded, relatively small hotel. The rooms are spacious and equipped, as in many hotels. The toilet room is too small, but not criminally. The territory is not large, well maintained. The entrance to the territory is via an electronic key, there is no access for outsiders. Among the advantages, there is a good playground and a children's room in the building. There is a lot of space for adults to relax. Of the cons: there is no Wi-Fi, only on the ground floor and he often breaks down who likes to watch TV-one TNT program, in case of a storm and so on, there is no pool, it's a long way to go to the sea (young and healthy are not a hindrance), electricity is often turned off, but it does not depend on the hotel. Three meals a day, a la buffet in Abkhazian, everything is edible, homemade, but not for the exclusive. There is an on-site bar for entertainment. A 10-minute wine factory with a shop selling local products at retail, where you can refuel with cheaper drinks than in the nearest shops. The beach is municipal, there are no sun loungers and umbrellas (although an umbrella can be taken on deposit at the reception). The cleanliness in the rooms is normal, the staff is friendly. Two of them changed the bed linen and towel in 12 days. The sewing soap set is only liquid toilet soap.
In general, everything is very good, the main thing is to decide for yourself why you are going to Abkhazia, for service and amenities, as in Turkey, or for the sun, the sea and a good rest, the organization of which is in your own hands :-))

We didn't like it. We read the reviews and decided to stay here, although it would have been better if we had not done so. The room is nice and well maintained. But there are no knives, forks or spoons in the room, there was not even a corkscrew, I always had to ask at the reception 🫠
A hairdryer and bathrobes are prescribed in the filling of the room, but this also did not turn out, I had to ask at the reception, although the room was a suite. We did not find any bathroom accessories, except for one piece of soap. We checked in and went to lunch, and that's where our fun began. There's nothing to eat, it's not a buffet, it's a choice of "either this or that." Breakfast is always incomprehensible porridges, pancakes, pancakes were given once, but even those were too stuffed with soda, there is no condensed milk, only liquid sour cream or tangerine jam always! The butter is too frozen, there are no portions, I had to break it off from the general. Cheese and sausage are very rare. There is no lemon for tea. Lunch and dinner: Overcooked rice, salads - an incomprehensible substance. The pasta is cold and sticky. Sometimes you can eat cutlets from meat, but if today you were given meat hedgehogs, then tomorrow you will be given stuffed peppers from these hedgehogs.
Only pensioners get high in this place, their enthusiastic remarks that they will get fat from such a "wonderful" diet. We left hungry.
Citrus state farm is a village consisting of a couple of streets, the only entertainment is the sea, the beach is good.
It is indicated on the territory that there is a swimming pool, we spent three days wondering if it was a pool or a fountain? No one swims there, it's dirty and looks like a fountain.
If you are already retired, then you will be fine here, the younger generation will not.

Wi-Fi is available only on the ground floor next to the reception.

We stayed at the hotel for 11 days from the end of September to October. To say that you are not satisfied is to put it mildly. The food is monotonous, tasteless, and besides, everyone was poisoned. There is no choice at all, there is only one porridge for breakfast, terribly sweet, pancakes every day, eggs, sausages, cheese is the same for an amateur, very salty, jam or honey. It's all variety.
Soup for lunch alone, without meat, not tasty, chicken stomachs instead of meat, chicken pieces with bones and such dinners were every day, sometimes pasta and potatoes alternated. There are no vegetables and it's at the height of the season, only a cabbage salad every day, sometimes cucumbers. For all 11 days, there were watermelon 3 times and apples 1 time. Dinner is an incomprehensible bean slurry, stewed vegetables, pasta or buckwheat. Butter and cheese were never given for dinner. The only delicious pastries were in the evenings. And it's all over the course of 11 days!!! People were outraged, but there was nothing to do, the money was not returned if someone wanted to leave earlier. For the last two days, we simply did not go to the dining room, we were sick, our stomachs hurt.
GREED and DISRESPECT on the part of the hosts TO THE GUESTS!!! We just saved on everything!
We have NEVER changed the bed linen in 11 days! There is only a piece of soap in the bathroom from hygiene supplies. Towels are blue, either for the legs or for the face.
The cleaning lady steals. A hygienic bag was opened and carefully sealed, and the contents were significantly reduced!
I DO NOT advise you to go to this hotel if you respect yourself. There are much more decent places to stop nearby!

The entrance to the territory is carried out by cards, but we were told upon arrival that if we suddenly forget the card, they will open it to us, once such a situation happened to us, we rang the bell, shook the fence, called all the administration numbers and nothing, we stood on the street and could not enter, then finally got through before the manager, it turned out that the staff had turned off the cameras and the bell so that no one would bother them. A great place to relax, all conditions for children and family pastime. The sea is 5-7 minutes on foot, the sea is clean, the beach is small. On the territory of the boarding house there is a cafe where you can meet and chat with new friends and have fun dancing the evening and night if you have the desire and strength. The food is without much choice, but it is cooked at home, with love.
The distance from the boarding house is almost the same as to Gagra, as to Pitsunda.
The staff is friendly and helpful, starting with the director who personally participates in the life of vacationers, Vasily Petrovich, a human soul, will tell, joke, help and if it is "not very good" in the morning, will offer various remedies for treatment. We were in the Riviera for a week, from July 10-17. A wonderful place, responsive and attentive staff, a closed green landscaped area and delicious food for 5 points. Everyone arrives exactly at the beginning of the meal: at 8, 13 and 18 o'clock. Rice and potatoes are not trusted, they tried to make mashed potatoes from undercooked potatoes by diluting it with water. The diet also included fresh cabbage, stewed, soup, porridge written on milk, but if there is half of the milk with water, then it's good. I was vacationing at this posh hotel this year .💓The food is normal , you can eat , I don 't get up for breakfast because I like to sleep ! Lunch is delicious I like soups, for example, pickle and I also like cherry jam. Dinner is normal ... I was with my husband at the Riviera boarding house in September, saw enough beautiful photos, read mixed reviews and decided to take a chance. 1.the price and quality do not correspond to the word at all! The rooms are dirty, there was 2 cm of dust under the air conditioner, has not been cleaned for years, there is mold in the bathroom, there are no bathroom accessories (when asked at the reception, we were told that the standard room is not allowed) 2. Well, now the most important thing is nutrition, no fruits, no meat, only chicken and chicken ventricles, what's left from lunch is then given for dinner. Instant coffee is Nescafe, there is no lemon for tea, as it is supposed to be everywhere in all boarding houses and canteens. Dessert, only pastries, there was a watermelon from fruits once. It takes about 12 minutes to walk to the sea, on the way you will be surprised by garbage and cow cakes. I appeal to the manager, I hope he will read it. Settle the issue of food, clean the rooms - everyone pays a lot of money! The territory of the boarding house is beautiful and well-groomed, why can't the boarding house be restored to its normal appearance???And people will write only good things and will be grateful to you. We calculated our budget, which was spent here, for such money it was possible to go to the Arab Emirates. And we've been waiting for a vacation for 6 months! I recommend this hotel to everyone. I have been vacationing there for more than 3 months. The territory is fenced, there is a Playground, a bar and a lot of nature. I go there every year. In the bar you can order food such as potatoes, kebabs, chicken, trout and a boat. In the dining room, the food is normal if you don 't find fault with the fat .
The rooms are very cozy and beautiful, especially the houses that are located next to the hotel on the territory. However, Wi-Fi does not catch very well . It takes 10-15 minutes to walk to the beach. There are small shops with food on the beach and the sea is clean and there are usually no waves. All rooms have TVs. Not too expensive ! It takes about 10 minutes to get to Pitsunda. There are very kind dogs and cats on the territory. There are tangerine trees near the houses - these are rooms on the street . I like this hotel!

To go to the sea for at least a kilometer, along a broken road, stepping over cow cakes. Cows are walking along the same road - the stench is appropriate.
The food is terrible. There is nothing to choose from and it is monotonous every day. I would not advise anyone to spoil their vacation at the Riviera boarding house.

The boarding house is so-so. We got a room without a balcony, only a hatch in the ceiling (like a window). The shower cabin had no shelves inside, there was nowhere to put the accessories, I had to put them on the floor. The shower unit itself is partially working, the stand is broken... When we checked in, there weren't even any glasses in the room. We asked for the dishes, as we arrived late in the evening and really wanted to eat (we had food with us). Of course, no one guessed to leave us dinner, but they didn't give us the dishes either. It was only a couple of days later that an empty decanter and two different glasses were placed. The administration of the boarding house behaves extremely arrogant, arrogant. It is not customary to greet, show respect and goodwill here. The only boarding house where they refused dry rations (they went on an excursion), explaining that many people lie, so they stopped giving out food. Of the advantages, you can note the beautiful flowers on the site and the friendliness of the staff of the boarding house.

We were in September 2023. For the first time in Abkhazia. The second time on vacation without "All inclusive". My little shock!!
Meals: Three times a day. The canteen is open for 1 hour for each meal. I didn't have time - your problems. The food is monotonous. After resting, I don't eat sausages and stewed cabbage at all. Of the sweets, only baked dry goods and homemade jam were given.
Entertainment: Every lunch a man comes up and offers to cook a barbecue or fish in the evening. The request to cook all this instead of dinner was refused. These dishes are prepared a couple of hours after dinner. It's already late enough. That's why we tried it once and didn't do it anymore. It seems delicious, but it's not very good to sleep with a full stomach. You can buy wine from him. The usual bottled. You can buy the same cheaper in a nearby store. It seems that something was stronger. They played music in this "bar", but it was from the category of mothballs. Even my older companions did not appreciate these compositions. That's all from animation. Maybe there is something from animation in the middle of the season, but I doubt it.
The territory is small. There is a playground both outdoors and indoors. There is a sandbox on the street and a couple more non-modern gaming facilities. On the territory there are recreation areas such as wooden deck chairs, benches, swing platforms on chains. It seems to have everything, but somehow there is not enough green lawn, some boards on the territory. Maybe the construction work was thought about. The chickens are running. There is a kind of swimming pool in front of the hotel. That's how it seemed to me in the advertising pictures. I don't even know how to describe this building with cold water, instead of which you can make a pool.
Internet and TV: there is a TV in the room, but it does not catch programs. Internet is only available in the lobby.
Service: there don't seem to be any complaints about the rooms, but if you find fault.. And according to the mood of the reception staff, it was felt that they were already tired of tourists.

It's a decent walk to the beach. It didn't bother us much. A kind of charging. This is how we calmed ourselves when we were tired of walking along this endless alley with garbage lying around. Sun beds and umbrellas are naturally paid. According to observations, there were a couple of owners who had their own "Park" of umbrellas and sun beds. It's funny to watch them work wiping these items from aunts who take these sunbeds and don't want to pay for them. It was a kind of animation for me. The beach is relatively clean. Sandy and pebbly. The water in the sea was normal in mid-September, but since there is a mountain river nearby. Its waters mixed with the warm sea water and created an invigorating effect. Sometimes it was impossible to enter the water because of this spring water. And so the water is clean, it is very different from Sochi.
In general, this place is a local village with roaming pets. There are cafes. Even live music was playing somewhere. There are beautiful but abandoned buildings in the center. It's even a pity. Since there are no special attractions, walking through this settlement you can see that there used to be decent sports facilities, a club, but it's all destroyed or converted into hotels.
Talking to the regular customers of this hotel, it was clear that they liked it. They said they had been coming here for decades. The main thing is that they are normal. In general, summing up, this is purely a place of strength for pensioners. And if you are a regular customer of Turkish Otley, and you are an adherent of beach holidays, you will not like it here. This ball is an experiment for me. Abkhazia is a very beautiful country, and it is worth visiting, but to spend your summer vacation on it, probably NOT.

And all the products are constantly the same, they only change the type of slicing and the method of roasting.
A suite without mosquito nets. There are simply no windows. There are doors to the balcony. It's stuffy to sleep with the door closed, if you open it, mosquitoes do not give you peace. There is a conder, but I do not recommend turning it on, it is not known when it was cleaned. In the room. There is no hygiene kit, only a bathrobe, slippers, towels, paper, a bar of soap. There are two large beds, but the springs stick out and you feel each one, you haven't had enough sleep for the whole vacation. There is a bar on site. The barbecue is delicious and the fish is decent, but they can cook it by pre-order and from 20:30. In general, I do not understand why to eat delicious and fatty food before going to bed. Do it at 17 o'clock and everyone is happy. There is a playground. Everything is fine, but the trampoline is dead. The springs are broken. Children can jump, but someone will be lucky. There is a children's playground. You can't wear shoes, but the floor was either thought to be washed or not, black is always. Sockets 220 at the height of the baby's chest. I don't understand why it was done this way. There are like 6 sockets there. All open without gooseberries. The most remarkable thing is that the attitude towards you changes co-ordinally, on the day of arrival, accommodation, and departure. He tells you that we are not responsible for the transfer that will come for you. An excellent boarding house for recreation, yes, for recreation) mostly families and older people relax, there are no young people. It's quiet and cozy. Meals 3 times a day, homemade food, delicious. There is a place to sit, relax, and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. If I was asked if I would go back there again, I would answer unequivocally - yes!!!
