The advantages are a good location, a great view from the window, good quality of the house, although already tired, beautiful views from the pools and recreation areas, excellent recreation rooms.
Cons- facesides, only one registered user, you can't get home without your wife, and so on.
That's all, but the sea is 500 m away. And the embankment from the Capacabana is under construction. The sea is many times worse than on Vongamat, we lived there in Zira.
And so, an ordinary Jomtien, just like many years ago)))

It's a very gorgeous building. An apartment-type hotel. You rent from the owners for a certain period of time and live for your own pleasure. The building has a beautiful lounge on the 42nd floor, a recreation area, a small gym, and a large swimming pool. 37th floor-second swimming pool, 7th floor - large fitness room, 4th floor-hammam, sauna, billiard room, small pool, as well as Parking. There is a good pool and sun beds on the territory near the building. Residents and their guests use all of this for free.

Excellent and very modern condominium at the end of the first line of Jomtien beach.
I've been living in Thailand in winter for 12 years now.
From here, I work remotely on my own business.
Including in this condo, I purchased a couple of apartments on a high floor with sea views.
It has the best fitness room in the city, wonderful panoramic pools on 42,37, 4 floors and the largest with tropics on earth.
On the downside, it is allowed with small dogs. It's a little stressful. But someone is happy about it. So in general, everything is fine. The beach has been reconstructed, and it is 250 meters away by a straight road from the building.
However, I prefer Vongamat beach in the north.
