An amazing hotel! This is definitely the best thing you can find in Sukhum. The service is impeccable, the staff is very helpful, the rooms are fresh and clean. Daily high-quality cleaning, bathrobes, slippers, bath accessories. A good selection of breakfast dishes, no frills, everything is homely and very tasty. The hotel's restaurant is very tasty, but the price tag is above average. We really wanted to swim in the pool, but it's a pity that it didn't work out due to the weather(
Convenient location: access to the beach along a beautiful alley and to the embankment. All restaurants and attractions of the city are within walking distance.
We definitely recommend it to everyone we know and would like to come back again!

The hotel is good, the room is newly renovated, everything you need is available, including smart TV. There is a heated swimming pool on site. The only thing is that the Internet doesn't work well, the speed is low, and sometimes it disappears altogether.
I'll say this about the restaurant - the cook needs to learn, and the breakfast buffet is worth buying better sausages. It's not worth your money at all. But Sukhum is full of places where you can have a great meal, so it's not a problem.
Overall, the hotel is excellent, the restaurant is so-so.

We rested for 5 days at this hotel, it's amazing!The staff is kind and helpful, the hotel area is very gentrified, the pool is a separate thrill! The territory is super, the location of the hotel is almost the first coastline, the rooms are large, we had a large six-bed room, the only minus in the room is a bed that is two-seater very very hard, as if you sit on a chair, others that have separate beds are just super!!! I want to note separately the food, the food suffers very much ... for this amount, which is + food , we expected a Swedish line , but the breakfasts are very very poor , you should put a Swedish line and then the hotel will flourish even better, we would not want to return from the hotel just because of the food((((((If you have a breakfast buffet line, then it will be a thrill!!!! The hotel is really awesome , but you should work out the food , which is good for a fee!! You should make breakfast a buffet line!!!!!!!! And that's it)))
