For the second year, upon arrival in Almaty, we have been staying only in very well-maintained, clean and comfortable apartments of the successful ayash_apartments company. Very homely atmosphere in their apartments. Of course, all this is created by the activities of very professional managers, hardworking employees and management. We wish them all the best. Advanced joy , of course you get it back yourself.
A good residential complex, but it is still under construction. For this reason, there is still a constant noise from repairs. A good playground. There is a security area and underground Parking. There is a large shopping center with a good supermarket nearby.
The roads around are just tin. Everything is in the pits.
The complex is very nice and cozy, but unscrupulous residents do not comply with the rules for using the common area, i.e. they smoke on stairwells, such people should be fined.
A nice residential complex. There is a river nearby. A large supermarket ADK. Close to the center. The metro is nearby.The only drawback is the overpriced price of rental housing.

Excellent residential complex with a protected area. Nearby is the Almaty Canal, from where the mountain air blows through.

I liked the LCD! I was in a 2-bedroom apartment with an area of 70 sq. m.The neighbors were doing repairs, but we were not stunned.The view of the mountains is gorgeous! There is an exit to Satpayev and Dzhandosov.there is a lot of parking on the ADC.And the fact that the shopping center is nearby is very convenient
The location of this residential complex is successful, but the broken street leading to the residential complex from Satpayev spoils the mood, trucks crashed pit on pit, the minimum number of parking spaces near the residential complex leads to constant congestion.
