A nice residential complex. There is a river nearby. A large supermarket ADK. Close to the center. The metro is nearby.The only drawback is the overpriced price of rental housing.

For the second year, upon arrival in Almaty, we have been staying only in very well-maintained, clean and comfortable apartments of the successful ayash_apartments company. Very homely atmosphere in their apartments. Of course, all this is created by the activities of very professional managers, hardworking employees and management. We wish them all the best. A good residential complex, but it is still under construction. For this reason, there is still a constant noise from repairs. A good playground. There is a security area and underground Parking. There is a large shopping center with a good supermarket nearby. The roads around are just tin. Everything is in the pits.
