I went to the movie "Presence". To be honest, I wasn't particularly impressed with the painting itself, but the problem is something else. It's an 18+ rated movie, and there were 12-year-olds at the screening. The question arises, how does the cinema allow this? When I entered the hall, the employee just glanced at my QR code, but did not check the ticket, which raises doubts about the security of access control.
One more thing: after the movie started, the cleaners entered the hall, which was a bit distracting. The restroom next to the cinema was closed, and the toilet at the other end of the shopping center began to be cleaned right before the session. When people tried to pass, they were told that they were interfering with the cleaning. This attitude towards customers leaves an unpleasant impression.
In general, I was not very satisfied with the organization and service. The session was at 21:10 in the 5th hall.

We went to the movie "Mickey 17". To be honest, I wasn't impressed with the picture itself, but there is another problem. It's an 18+ rated movie, and there were 10 kids at the screening. How does the cinema staff allow this to happen, why are they allowed in without control? And why are such disgusting, terrible films being shown in cinemas? There was a question about the cinema management checking whether the films fit our mentality or not. We couldn't watch this vile movie to the end, which makes no sense.

I would like to recommend the Rivera Cinema in Tashkent. The atmosphere here is amazing, and the administrators are very responsive and professional. Ticket prices are affordable, and the quality of the films presented is at a high level. In addition, they have excellent conditions for viewing in VIP format, which makes the screening even more comfortable and enjoyable. I have enjoyed every visit to this cinema and will definitely come back again. I recommend it to anyone who appreciates good movies and a cozy atmosphere!

I watched the movie "Smile 2" in your cinema, it was great, but after the end of the film, they immediately turned on the lights and began preparing for the next session without showing the credits. It was frustrating because the credits are important to me.
I ask you to respect the audience and not to make films just for the sake of money. The credits are part of the film, and they deserve attention.

The halls are located on the third floor, not far from the food court.
The newest halls in Tashkent. They are required to visit. The price is like 50k. The hall is larger than usual, soft seats, excellent sound from all sides, the picture was pleasing. So far, the best cinema in the Capital (was in 4 cinemas)

It is a pity that I did not read the review above before going to this cinema.
On 23.08 and 24.08, the cashier of the cinema refused to sell tickets for the film "Oppenheimer" for the evening session 23:10, published in the poster, referring to the fact that all tickets to hall #5 were allegedly sold out.
At the same time, on 24.08, another employee of the cinema announced that the session would not take place due to repair work.
Obviously, the refusal is due to the obvious unwillingness of the cinema staff to perform their duties at a later time, despite the fact that the session is announced in the poster and that the audience has already arrived at the cinema for this session.
Dear viewers, if you respect yourself, then you definitely should not go to this cinema, where they treat their customers so rudely.

the halls are good, I haven't tried popcorn, the chairs are not comfortable, the video in the foreground is blurry and bright in the background is dim. take the seats in the middle shorter. The sound is everywhere at three. there is no atmosphere, in general everything is clean. the staff is good, the interior is cozy, the location is basically good, the repertoire is always new. I ran through all the points dryly, I will say for myself that I do not advise going to 3d with glasses for vision, since you will feel discomfort. and it's better to watch at home on TV because the colors will be much better.

By the way, the prices are very reasonable. And most importantly, the staff is polite and pleasant. In general, if you want to watch a movie and relax, it's better to go to the Riviera. It's a little far, of course, but sometimes you can get there.

Chairs, most of the chairs are broken in the middle and if you decide to lower the chair a little bit, then it falls right on the legs from behind the sitting person and the whole movie you will fight with this chair and the staff will take out your brain before returning your money to you and only after a long argument will they return your money to you. And the picture quality hurts the eyes, it's not pleasant to watch, you watch the whole movie.

I was very dissatisfied with this cinema.
1. Let's start with the fact that this cinema, although it seems to be new, but there is no online ticket sale here, in modern cinemas this is the base.
2. Secondly, the quality of the hall itself is terrible, we went to the VIP room, comfortable and beautiful, but this was the only plus, the sound quality is terrible, the screen is small and not full, the picture quality is poor.
3. And most importantly. This is not a respectful and indifferent attitude of employees towards their customers. The situation was like this, my friends and I decided to go to Fast and Furious 10, in the beginning everything seemed to be fine: we bought tickets, we are waiting for the session to begin. BUT at the last moment they tell us, about 10 minutes before the start of the film, that this film will not be shown in this hall, another film will be rolled - Guardians of the Galaxy 3, allegedly some school rented a hall, we were outraged, but thought and decided that we would go to the Guardians, we go into the hall and we see that our seats are occupied by some children and their classroom management, they stubbornly do not want to give up the place, they say to sit in other places. We went to the cinema staff, but what about them? as I said earlier, they didn't care how you talked to the wall, we didn't like it very much. We went to the cashier, complained and asked for a refund. Because of their indifference, we had to change our plans and warn everyone about the delay again. Well, we would have thought about it, we decided to go to another session in the VIP room, which started 1.5 hours later. Fortunately, everything went fine here, there was no need to bother so much. Of course, there were disadvantages in the halls, I indicated them in the second paragraph. But the fact that the cinema just gave up on us and canceled the session says a lot about it.
I really hope that you will take certain measures and this will not happen again.

If you think that you will be given a chance to fully enjoy a movie in this place, then forget it. The film was not over yet, but the lights were turned on in the hall and they began to rush people to the exit - when I said that the film was not over yet, they were rude to me, they said that they would now launch people for the next session and turned off the screen! I advise you to look for other cinemas in Tashkent, where they respect their viewers…
Regarding the screen and the convenience of the hall, they also leave much to be desired: the chairs are terribly uncomfortable and creak, and the walls glare and distract from the picture.

After the complaint, I was told that I had to contact the administration, which means I missed half the movie!!?? The service is terrible and the prices are not small, especially.
