We stayed for 4 days. The guest house is excellent: the room is perfectly clean, there is everything you need (air conditioning, TV, slippers, toiletries). There is also a microwave, toaster, thermopot, tea, coffee, sweets and biscuits are freely available. Breakfast can be ordered.
I really liked the attitude of the hosts, friendly, always ready to help.
The location of the house is ideal, everything is close: Republic Square, parks, Vernissage market, shops and metro.
We will recommend it to our friends and now we will only stay here!

Excellent guesthouse. In the very center, in a quiet side street. The room is clean and cozy. There is coffee, tea, and a refrigerator in the shared kitchen-dining room. Thanks

I was moved to this hotel because there were no places in the booked Hayq Boutique hotel and the second time because Hayq Boutique is terrible. And I asked the Island for another one.
Two days before my flight from Yerevan, these guys came into my room WITHOUT me. They collected my underpants, socks, underwear and moved it all to the hotel that I refused.
Take care of your underpants when you go to them.
