We liked everything, a cool recreation center. We rested in the twentieth of July, rested for a whole week. The food is delicious and varied, the rooms and grounds are clean. The only thing is there is no WiFi on site. If you are going towards East Kazakhstan region, then buy a Beeline, tele2, Altel SIM card, because the Kcell/Activ Internet generally catches poorly.
The administration keeps order and tries hard. The service is good. Parking is available separately.
The only drawback is that there is no access to the shore like at the Loft, you have to walk through a common area where no one cleans, different cars come, as I understand it from other hotels, they can take children to the toilet there, garbage is lying around.
The beach is a separate topic.
From morning to evening, the voices of the sellers of pies and fish can be heard. I understand that people earn as much as they can, but it can be done culturally. The 21st century is in the yard , but there is no subordination. It will be necessary and they will walk on your mat on which you are lying and step over you. The goal is the same: to sell and earn, no culture and respect for others.
There is no order on the beach, an appeal to the district administration: put things in order on the beach and on the Arbat. They built a Ferris wheel, there are some attractions, but they were not forced to approach them with kiosks, counters, a mess and a complete mess. Spoils the idea and concept of the entire embankment. Hundreds of people visit this place every day. How much garbage remains after them, it's such a pity the lake itself, because the shore will be filled up as best they can, there are no urns. Take note, set aside a place for the toilet, let it be paid and clean, because then with these shoes people go to the beach where they swim themselves. A beach shower is also needed.
Take the market to a separate place, it is unclear whether you are on vacation or at the bazaar. Garbage on the Arbat is not cleaned, it accumulates all day and only a car arrives for it late in the evening. But with such a flow of people, especially in the season, it is necessary to take away garbage three times. Sun beds and umbrellas are paid. Make a separate berth for motorboats, speedboats, scooters, etc., all the time you are in tension, you are afraid for children, and for others because they drive like crazy, they dock at the place where vacationers are, it is unsafe. Every summer, new victims are full of headlines on social networks because there is NO order! The guys of these scooters do not even pay attention to the remarks, the smells of fuel and smoke are unnerving. It seems that I came to rest and the whole day I can hear the hum of motorboats and scooters.
P/s: Lake Alakol itself is an invaluable wealth that we have that we need to protect and appreciate. People respect each other and love their land, do not leave even small peels of seeds, take them away, do not be lazy. Maybe this way, together, we will help this wonderful lake a little.

The first time and everything is fine!!! Service at the staff level is responsive and just great. The car is guarded and under a carport.The lake is meters away...,,! Everything is nearby and accessible.I advise you not to regret it! All the world!
