We had a family vacation in September. Everything is fine, there are minuses and pluses, there were no surprises that would affect the rest, we are not vacationing in Abkhazia for the first time, so we knew where we were going, the sea is clean, everything is green and beautiful, all this borders in some places with devastation, but this is all over the country, and the hotel is clean, order, budget repairs, are cleaned often, in short, there are no glabal flaws, from the word at all.

We had a vacation in the summer of 2024. The stars are just for checking in, we arrived late at night and the man escorted us to the room, and the pool was available. Next: washing 300 rubles, it is not specified anywhere, flies and ants are tin! Even sticky tapes didn't help. The kitchen needs major repairs and new dishes, the pans look like they're from the trash. Upon check-out, a full room check for urine on the mattress, apparently so that the deposit is not refunded. Cleaning on time, thank you!

The hotel is located by the road, the noise from cars. The air conditioning in the room has been working since the 5th time. The shower stall is broken, the doors to the balcony handles are broken. The mattresses stink of cat urine. Unfriendly hosts with a sour face. People don't get fooled by beautiful photos. On the plus side, there was a heated pool and that was it. My daughter got sick at sea, so the cleaner came and kicked her out of the room to clean up. I will never go back there again

there is no pedestrian crossing!turn, they can knock you down.
1) It is very dirty, especially the dump near the gate.
2) The owner was rude! His mother also told us- you are nobody here, this is our home. ATTENTION, you are not guests here! How is it? I gave away 50t.₽ for the accommodation and I'm not a guest here, it killed me.
3) The girl broke her arm by the pool, why not lay down mats from the water?
There's an entrance to the kitchen through the pool.
4) the pool is terribly dirty! ( see photo )
At the same time, you can also flush and wash it.
5) The water in the tap is straight from the river.
6) The wine they sell is not wine at all!
7) The cleaner cleaned with such a face, as if we owed her something.
8) There are stairs everywhere, high and long.
9) it is necessary to go to the sea through garbage dumps and mud!
10) it takes 20 minutes to get to Gagra ( taxi 500₽ minimum ) You won't get hit

We had a rest in July 2022. Hello to Alla and Joseph and Suzanne from Nizhny Novgorod! Alla, your Adjarian boat is just super!👌If you are going for a beach holiday, then you are here. An underground passage to the beach. Sun beds on the beach from a nearby boarding house. We were lucky-for free. And so at a cost of 150 rubles. There is a cafe on the beach. Wine, barbecue, ice cream. A bottle of wine Apsny kr.p/s 350 rub. 👍The beach is sandy and pebbly. Small pebbles entering the sea. Those who love sand, like us, recommend swimming shoes-and everything is fine! Entertainment on banana beach, jet skis, sometimes dolphins swam).The sea, nature, the sun-super!!! The beach is 5 points! The room is clean, air conditioning, bathroom, snow-white linen and towels, cleaning in two days, comfortable beds, mattresses. We had a room without a balcony-it was not enough, but it was the only available room for our dates, we knew that without a balcony, so everything is normal. The rest of the rooms seem to have balconies. We hardly used the kitchen for cooking. But there are a lot of dishes and cutlery. I cooked porridge a couple of times in the morning. There is no dining room in the hotel. You can eat at the nearby pension buffet lunch 450, dinner 350. In the dining room 5 minutes from the hotel or in the kebab cafe (just above the dining room). The dining room is delicious, lunch is about 350 rubles (first, second, salad, compote), but it takes a VERY long time to wait. The Kebab cafe cooks delicious, has a warm atmosphere, and the prices are about the same.Separately, I want to say a HUGE THANK YOU to Suzanne, an employee of the hotel. Responsiveness, help, recommendations, kind attitude! Among the wishes for the hotel: if possible, add breakfast to order: porridge or something similar. Lunch and dinner in the cafe, dining room, but breakfast is not enough. The hotel has a large barbecue area, even two.Equipped with a sink, which allows you to clean everything, wash it on the spot, a cozy, spacious gazebo. In general, the hotel is located on a mountain, but the owners have thought everything out so well and everything is placed very well, while the guests do not interfere with each other. I was surprised and pleased by the presence of security! The guards don't go to bed until the last person resting on the veranda! Polite and attentive! Cameras, closed area. It is very convenient for families with children. On my own behalf, I want to add. You are going to relax by the sea. Take a great mood with you, a first-aid kit (no one canceled rotovirus, swim in the sea, take preventive medications), I recommend excursions to the New Athos cave and Lake Rizza, go to the local market in Tsandripsha nearest or to Gagry (we liked Tsandripsha-small, but everything is there), wine, dried persimmon, smoked meat, delicious tea, enjoy the sea, nature, Caucasian music, and you will bring a piece of the soul of Abkhazia home! We fell for the positive reviews on the booking and ruined the remaining days. We arrived at one o'clock in Abkhazian time, it turned out that they had Moscow time. At least thanks for this, they settled us right away, the parents waited for another 2 hours, when asked when they would settle in, wait. The receptionist came into the newly washed room shod, taking into account that we have 2 small children. In the kitchen, the cooking utensils practically do not light up, they asked for help, they ignored it. Buy the dishwashing detergent yourself. The air conditioner in the room does not turn off and is held on a 10 ruble coin glued with glue. The hotel caught rotovirus. There are a lot of questions for the administrator, starting from the fact that he does not greet, but pretends that he does not see, ending with the fact that during eviction he goes about his business and has to wait. Upon check-out, he will check all the linen, even to small spots, and for this he will try to withdraw money from the deposit! And finally, he will be rude. You can list the shoals of this hotel for a long time. The only advantages are the view from the hotel and the pool

The overall impression is good. From the place. The beach is wide, free, nature... That's all.
Then let's go
1. Kitchen. This is a greenhouse. It is impossible to be there. Stuffiness and heat. Dishes, and all other utensils are available. Frying pans, I'm going from the next dumpster. It is impossible to fry anything, everything burns so that it cannot be torn off. Gas. There are two stoves in the kitchen. But! it works alone! the burner, there is simply not enough gas for the rest. There are refrigerators and there are enough of them.
2. Services without leaving the kitchen cost 250 rubles, but the hostess said 200, since there is competition with cafes / canteens. But there this pleasure costs 130 rubles. Khachapuri, 300 rubles, but you need to order 2 at once, otherwise... what else, I did not understand, some kind of nonsense. Homemade wine, chacha, cognac, tinctures. All for 300 rubles. The barmaid is unbelievable at the ceiling price. All from cheap wine waste and alcohol.
3. Barbecue, firewood and skewers... Joseph, if you post that firewood is available, then they must be. To the question - where is the firewood, with a malicious smile, look there, maybe there is... In general, it's a lie, there is no firewood. Skewers, everything is fine here, they are good. All kinds of bars - it's scary to look at them, I think I saw a piece of mammoth meat on one... Everything is broken and covered in soot-soot in the finger.
4. The room. I was in a 4-seater. So, there are no such people there. It is a maximum of 3 people. They put an extra armchair-bed and that's it, there were 4 places. Only in the room after such manipulations there is absolutely no place, there is nowhere to go, there are no chairs. A sofa bed with a 10cm drop, it is impossible to sleep. Cabinet, width 60cm. The top is full of blankets, you can't hang all your clothes, there's nowhere to put your suitcases, they're already standing in the missing aisles. The TV is a useless accessory, there's only sashatana and all the other crap for those who are not far from TNT. Only 1 channel is working, the rest is hotbird... What is there... It's a pity to spend money on tricolor... Balcony with sea view, 2 chairs, no table. There is a folding table a la RZD... Very small.
Impressions of the guest house are terrible. Everything seems to be fine, but a lot of small negativity spoils everything.

We had a rest in August 2021. We arrived in our own car. 10 minutes from the border. Wonderful, hospitable hosts. There are many rooms and everything you need is there, even two small pools. There is a parking lot with security on site. The rooms are located in such a way that no one bothers to relax. The sea is a 2-minute walk away. Sun beds are free of charge. There are shops and cafes nearby. When we arrive in Abkhazia, we will definitely stay only there. Many thanks to Joseph and Alla.

The place is pleasant, there are many flowers, you live in a garden. In fact, as in the country, such are the conditions. The staff helps, cleaning is not every day, but in moderation for the price. There is not enough storage space in the room (especially if it is more than 2 days and with children). The rooms have a sea view and a balcony, but there are also without and a view of the greenery. Living in the garden is the reason for a large number of insects in the evening (especially unusual for Northerners)). But they didn't eat us, and you get used to it quickly. There are barbecue areas on different levels, convenient with the company. But they monitor the regime, after 23h they disperse everyone, it's not noisy. There are many families with children, we had a swimming pool right behind the wall, there was a hubbub in the morning. It is optimal for children from 5 to 12 years old.
The beach with large pebbles is close below, but back up the hill) there is a lot of garbage outside the territory, as everywhere in Abkhazia (to have a general picture). The water in the sea nearby is cooler than everywhere else, because a Cold river flows into the sea right here. It was a plus for me)
There is a kitchen, but it is stuffy and hot to cook there, we were in the hottest in early August. E-mail is often turned off, you always need to be ready)
It is more convenient by car, you can get to any store, market, beach or go on an excursion. There are 2 shops (minimum) and fruits on the street within walking distance. There are 2-3 canteens and 2-3 cafes nearby, but the choice is not rich. If there was a grocery delivery (or a flight to the supermarket in Gagra), then super.

We visited the guest house with friends . The impressions were one star and that for the heated pool . The rooms are very dirty, we find dark hair every day, including in bed. There are dead insects all over the room and this is not surprising , ants crawl all over the walls , bedbugs do not end , we kill 20 pieces a day . A friend was woken up by ants that were crawling over her . There is a TV , but it has 3 working channels . Towels have not been changed , one warm blanket is needed , and the one who needs it is covered , the rest sleep under a blanket . Sockets are only in the toilet , 2 pcs or under the ceiling near the air conditioner .

When choosing a hotel, look very carefully where you are going. This place is far from Gagra, all the normal cafes, shops and civilization. The hotel is located on the highway, there is nothing nearby, from the word at all. Prices are twice as high as in Gagra for hotels of this level. During the seven days of stay, they never changed the towels, took out the trash once, gave one roll of paper and that's it!! Towels should be changed every three days, and not as the owner of this hotel answered rudely, which I'm not supposed to))) And what is supposed to be in your house? The disgusting behavior of the owner, at the booking, left a completely absurd response to my review. In six nights I gave away almost 15 (!!!) thousands of rubles, and they put me in a room with a view of the kitchen. The price when booking was first one, and then 20% and another 10% were magically added to the cost! I just talked to vacationers in Gagra, where accommodation is cheaper by a third (the level is higher, I looked at the photo) and with breakfast, and not the way I got there. It's a pity that I was in a hurry to choose a place to live, there was no time to monitor other places. This hotel is not worth the money at all. See Gagra, and not villages like Bagripsh, there is absolutely nothing to do here. The only plus is the terrace with sea views. Everything else is just sadness. I would never have come back here. I do not recommend focusing on reviews with a mark of 10, which I also, in other things, fell for.

Because we arrived tired, did not figure out the replacement, and then we were refused a refund of the difference. The nature is wonderful, the people - I don't want to go there anymore. Deception, lies, contemptuous attitude on the part of the locals, devastation all around.
