The hotel is new, opened in December 2024. The hotel is located 15 minutes by taxi from the city center. It was a big plus for us, because you can't get enough sleep in the center, it's always noisy. Considering the very cheap taxi prices, the location is a big plus! The room stock is not large, which means that there is no crush at breakfast. The rooms are clean, spacious enough, and there is everything you need in the room. The staff is very responsive, they responded to any requests instantly, well done! The breakfasts are monotonous, but you definitely won't leave hungry. The only thing I wanted was a greater variety of fruits, after all, all this grows in abundance in Uzbekistan. In the same building there is a wonderful pastry shop and a good restaurant with Turkish cuisine.
From 11.04 to 17.04.25 we stayed at this hotel with my husband. We arrived earlier than announced, but checked us in at no extra charge, for which special thanks and a plus to the hotel! We were greeted by a very friendly young man, Husan, who offered us coffee and water.👌All the staff at this hotel were incredibly hospitable and helpful throughout our stay - Zalaletdin, Solomon, I'm sorry if you didn't mention someone.🙏 The rooms were comfortable, spotless and clean. Special thanks to Irina for the cleanlinessWe also enjoyed a delicious breakfast every morning! The hotel is conveniently located close to the main attractions of the city. It is only 15 minutes by taxi from the airport. There are grocery stores, Halal cafes, restaurants and bus stops nearby. But we used Yandex taxis, there are always polite drivers here! We liked everything, both the city of Tashkent and the residents.… Overall, we highly recommend the Rivana Hotel for its cozy rooms, friendly staff, relaxed atmosphere and service! We will return to Tashkent once more and only here - to the Rivana Hotel.
