An excellent hotel chain. The service is excellent. Food/drinks are all very tasty. The seemingly sad staff is actually kind and friendly. The 15th Avenue is within walking distance from the hotel, where you can see the local flavor, buy souvenirs - it is interesting and convenient. We are happy with the rest.
This is an amazing hotel. It is aimed at American tourists .cleanliness and order. It is worth its 5 stars. There are 5 restaurants on site.special respect for the Japanese restaurant. It's a masterpiece. There are no slippers in the room, but there is an iron and ironing board. The service, the quality of the food, the recreation areas, the beaches, the pool ARE ALL GREAT!! This is a palace, not a hotel.
The Riu Palace Riviera Maya Hotel, all inclusive, is a great place to relax, with the whole family, with children. Comfortable rooms with verandas, with all imaginable amenities, TV, free Internet, in-room mini bar with a dispenser with drinks, replenished daily. The food is excellent, the buffet is served, and in the evening there are 6 restaurants for those who wish, there are 6 of them: Don Manolo Restaurant with an outdoor terrace,
Brazilian restaurant Botafogo,
Krystal Restaurant (buffet)
Yashima Japanese Restaurant,
Agave Mexican Restaurant,
Chilis Pool restaurant / Grill / , and the evening works as a Steakhouse. Wonderful cultural programs, concerts, festive performances, for adults and children, discos. Wonderful beach, swimming pools and Jacuzzi. There is a fitness club, a SPA salon. The town of Coaya del Carmen can be reached on foot. In short, I want to come back here again!
