The hotel is a solid four. Good food, a fairly large room with an extensive loggia, we had a side view of the bay. The beach near the hotel is small, not equipped, the entrance is difficult due to the large number of boulders. There are two types of sand on the beach: light, imported and black at the entrance to the sea. The territory of the hotel is small, there is a swimming pool, a gym, a playground. What is bad is that there is absolutely no Wi-Fi on the territory of the hotel (except for the reception area and lobby), and where it is possible, it is only paid. A big flaw, in my opinion. The rooms were cleaned every day, there was no shortage of towels. There was animation: during the daytime near the pool and in the evening in the lobby area and on the street near the bar. We went to the evening party, there were good concerts. Overall, the hotel is pretty good, but next time we will choose another hotel for a holiday in Tenerife, closer to a good beach
There is a super simple buzz there, the best price and quality of service at the highest level, I advise everyone to visit the ocean there next to the hotel
Nice family hotel. The staff is friendly.
There is a staff at the reception who speaks a little Russian, so all requests and problems were solved.
On my birthday, I received a congratulation from the hotel in the form of a compliment - champagne in the room. It's a small thing, but it's nice.
All inclusive, a varied menu, very decent for a 4-star hotel.
The animation is complete. The only drawback is the lack of a private beach, but this is the problem of all hotels in Tenerife.
