On May 18, trouble came to our family. My beloved son tragically died. On May 20, they applied to the Viktor funeral agency to deliver their sons from Cherven, Minsk region, to Gantsevichi, Brest region. They were serviced in a funeral goods store owned by this company, which is located on Krasnoarmeyskaya Street in Gantsevichi. The funeral car went to Cherven from Kletsk, and we left Gantsevichi. We decided to pay for everything we need in Gantsevichi, and let them load it in the Dumpling (there is also a funeral goods store there) and immediately go to Cherven, and in turn we will go to Cherven from Gantsevichi. And then it turns out that such a product, which I chose in Gantsevichi, is not available in the Dumpling store. And that's not there, and that's not there... I decide to go to Kletsk, buy everything there and from there, along with the funeral car, go to Cherven. And then the seller screamed: "Are you taking my salary to Dumplings???!!!". I can't see anything in front of me behind my tears and I don't think much, because in an instant, through the fault of some moron, my baby was gone, and the seller scolds me that I will take her salary "at the Dumplings"... Instead of two wreaths from my mother and my brother - one, but I signed the ribbon ... A month or two later (I don't remember anymore) the same seller went quietly to the cemetery and changed the ribbon. What right did you have to go where it's not yours???!!! What did you want to fix???!!! Take those ribbons with the inscriptions for yourself and hang them at home. But that's not all. A dumpling machine was sent to work, in which materials for work (monuments, fences, cement, etc.) are transported, dusty, dirty, with a broken starter. They didn't even bother to stop by the car wash. That's how they arrived in Cherven like gopniks in sweatpants with outstretched knees.
When I called the founder Victor and explained this to us, instead of apologizing, I heard an offer to order a monument and landscaping from them, and he would give me a discount... Do you have a conscience, Victor???? Apparently there is no such thing... You profit from people's grief without even thinking about decency. If you grab the money, it doesn't smell to you..
Thank you very much for your work!!!, on March 9, my father-in-law was buried in the Nesvizh district of the village of Saska Lipka, everything was decent, the guys of the funeral brigade were polite, courteous and cultured, thank you again!
