I thought to keep silent about this situation , but she repeated the call , decided to say it anyway ! We ordered a monument for the Pope ♥️A very important and intimate moment for us !
Our manager Elena, whom we turned to on the recommendation of our friends, did everything perfectly at all stages, starting from the first meeting, accompanied by a very prompt solution to all current issues!!! I always remember with gratitude Nazar , the head of the sales department , who is clear , competent , competent and very pleasant to communicate with !!! Dear business owners, you have reliable and professional employees in this field!!! And, what is very important in this matter, having empathy for the client!!! BUT 3 meetings with an employee Oksana , if I'm not mistaken , she's a deputy . The directors made an indelible impression 🙈 The first time I thought , well , maybe I didn 't get enough sleep 😂 The second time I also thought that something had happened , but the third time when we addressed the problem , as we had a lamp installed , and it turned out to be defective and constantly opened in the wind , and accordingly The candle goes out in the wind , I realized that this is just such an employee - incompetent , aggressive towards customers , emotionally unstable , angry , etc!!! Elena told everything, showed sketches, offered several options, modeled on the computer how the monument would look, made a detailed calculation of the payment.
