It's a pretty big shopping center, I've been in several times. It's not a very convenient location, there doesn't seem to be anything to go there specifically. The goods in the boutiques are more expensive than in other shopping centers, the Magnum downstairs is large, in general, there are not so many visitors. Mostly office workers who drop in there at lunchtime. Since there is a large food court (on the street at the entrance)

The mall itself is old, but very convenient location, large Parking, there are charging stations for electric cars, also a huge magnum, a children's world is very convenient. I mostly go to Magnum. It's just a nightmare... They always have problems with prices. As soon as there is a discount on any product, the price at the checkout is necessarily different and every time they say the same thing: "this is the old price, they forgot to change it." You constantly have to prove, show a photo of the product, log into the Magnum app and show that the product is worth a discount. And the staff is always ignorant of anything, no matter what they ask, they don't know anything.

We stopped at the magnum at the Ritz Palace, arrived home, a message comes from Kaspi about the purchase, although we paid in cash, and were already at home, I look at the wallet, there is no card. I look at the cameras, and I see how at 18.07 the Ritz Palace security guard pays with our card through the cash register, buying a mango/pineapple tea drink, and at 18.12 he went to the Caspi ATM to withdraw cash. By the way, when we were standing at the stained-glass window at the entrance with purchases, waiting for the car, he stood inside and stared at us intently, he had a chance to return the card, as it should be in his profession, but he did otherwise. His name is Asan, we found out that too. We thought we'd tell the administration everything by phone, but it's impossible to get through to them from the word at all!

Старый добрый... можно сказать что всем устраивает. Стягивает молодёжь фудкортом под открытым небом. И Рядом скейтпарк небольшой. Магазины китайский ширкпотреб, все же кому то полезны. Неплохая бильярдная на верху. Вообщем доброе место.

В общем-то неплохой торговый центр, парковка конечно крошечная, но она хотя бы есть, в отличие от тех же БЦ и ТЦ рядом. Разместить Магнум внутри было верным решением. Есть где закупиться продуктами по относительно адекватным ценам, в отличие от местных магазинчиков, владельцы которых считают, что все местные - олигархи. Бутики неинтересные. Есть рестораны.

Проводили уже два банкета в Ritz ресторане . Готовят супер, порции хорошие. Обалденный беш . Обслуживание супер! Вид с террассы вечером очень красивый.

Парковка большая, удобная. Фуд корт на улице, из-за чего по вечерам очень приятно и уютно на свежем воздухе. На улице все чисто и опрятно. Внутри имеются: магнум и многие другие бутики.
