Great hotel, clean, cozy , everything is great .They cook delicious like at home , the food prices are not high.It is not convenient to walk from the hotel to the sea for 20 minutes.

We had a rest in September of the 23rd year.
There were 2 adults and 2 children - we took a room on the top floor with a view of the mountains.
What did you like:
1. New clean hotel,
2. Silence and air - it is very quiet there, there is no background noise and music,
3. Breakfasts and the kitchen in general - the choice is not very large, but all the dishes were liked, very tasty, the children were happy.
It takes 15-20 minutes to walk to the sea, there is a good Abaat restaurant along the way.

There were 2 days. The hotel is great. The interior is stylish. The room is large. Sound insulation is normal. Fast wifi. The room is well renovated, new furniture, high-quality doors, modern Grohe plumbing, toilet lid with door closer, underfloor heating in the room and bathroom, refrigerator, TV, hair dryer, curtains black out, mattress elastic, bed linen is good, it creaks from cleanliness (only blankets are not tucked into duvet covers and there was one hole), the towels are chic (thick, absorb well), individual hygiene items in a beautiful box with a toothbrush, durable slippers with the inscription "Black Sea", double-glazed windows are solid, darkened. From the balcony there is a beautiful view of the mountains, a table and two chairs, a clothes dryer. The side is not sunny, just relax in the cool. There are not enough nightlights (and in general, the room is a little dark, I would like more lighting) and hooks in the bathroom. There was no liquid soap in the dispenser. A knife, a corkscrew, and appliances are needed in the room. An iron with a board is shared in the hallway. The hall downstairs is large, there are a lot of soft sofas. Everything is clean and bright. There's also a cafe, delicious pizza. There are tables and rocking chairs outside. There is a parking lot. The staff is friendly. A pleasant surprise was the free sunbeds on the beach. The location is not very good, in the area of the old Hague. But the beach is great - quiet, calm, clean, the sea is straight transparent. The weather really let us down, it was cool, there was heavy rain with a thunderstorm at night. The big disadvantage is that instead of a centralized water supply there is a boiler that heats up for more than an hour. The most annoying thing is that no one warned about this, it is not written anywhere. We waited a long time for the room to be cleaned upon check-in and without waiting went to the beach, we could turn on the boiler for our arrival. It is not immediately clear how to turn it on. I should have left, but you're sitting there waiting for the water to heat up. At night, the boiler also turns off by itself, so in the morning I had to wait again for an hour until it warms up. The cleaner opened the room with her key at 10 a.m. without knocking, we did not hang a sign asking us to clean up. It's very strange, but if we walk around the room naked?! The cleaning lady herself is very friendly. I would have liked to stay longer, but everything was booked. I have not seen a better hotel in all of Abkhazia. There are minor flaws, but these are small things.

We stayed at this hotel in mid-June 2021.A very modern and comfortable hotel.Our room had a view of the gorge, and the children had a view of the sea.The staff is very friendly, they try to make the guests happy.Whatever request you make, they will definitely help you. One of the advantages is that the hotel is relatively new. In October, the advantages end there. The pool does not work, there is no food at all in the hotel. For the same money, you can find something more interesting closer to the highway and a cafe.

The price for accommodation is too high. Service for three. We paid 9500 for a day without food, it's not clear why at all. The water in the shower did not go away, you are constantly standing in water that goes beyond the shower. The number is so-so. No room service, we ordered food to the room, we had to go down and pick it up ourselves, and then bring the dishes, an unfriendly girl works in the cafe, who constantly did not bring the ordered coffee at breakfast and did not wipe dirty tables. The food is normal, not to say that it's just delicious. More underpants on the stairs hung on the 1st floor for three days, on the 4th day a sock appeared instead of underpants. Bed linen is dried where the parking lot is and people are constantly passing by, dogs are running. In general, it's a so-so hotel, but judging by the reviews in Abkhazia it's hard to find normal housing.

In my opinion, this is the best hotel in staraya Gagra. We were there at the end of August 22. You definitely need to take a room higher and with a view of the mountains, it's just something. We had the 4th floor and the view was just sweet. A very cozy hotel, everything is in the European style, not in the style of a scoop. Delicious breakfasts, excellent staff. There are even dinners, but we didn't take them. The hotel has its own free umbrellas and sun loungers on the sea, it is very exciting. The sea is 1km away, but walking is not a problem at all. There are a lot of delicious cafes along the way, one of them is a teahouse. It's a pity that they took it for only 2 days, they had to take it for the whole vacation, it's worth it.

I really liked Abkhazia and not without the participation of this hotel!
The hotel is modern, meets its description!
Excellent staff, clean the room every day and change the bed linen /towels on time.
The food is very tasty! Pizza was taken every day! And of course the Feijoa Compote.
It takes literally 5 minutes to walk to the sea, on the way you can buy everything you need for the sea.
We highly recommend this hotel and a vacation in Abkhazia to take a break from the hustle and bustle of the city. I didn't want to leave at all.

The hotel fully met all our expectations. Firstly, the location is very picturesque, in a gorge. We didn't even know that it was so beautiful in Old Gagra. Before that, we had a rest in another area of Gagra) Everything is close to the sea and cafes. The hotel itself is new and modern, everything is tasteful. Everything is super clean and cozy. In the room there are dishes, a kettle, toiletries, towels, a hairdryer. We ordered breakfast) Very tasty, bribed and beautiful presentation :) We also ordered pizza, which is also very tasty) There is a bar. Special thanks to the staff - very nice people! I stayed at the R.I.T. Hotel from July 1 to July 12, 2019. I was in Staraya Gagra for the first time. When I compared it with the New Gagra, I was very glad that I stayed in the old part. Old Gagra is quiet, all the historical sights are here – the Prince of Oldenburg Palace and Park, the walls of the Abaat Tower, a half-hour walk to the famous Gagripsh restaurant.
The hotel itself is located in the Joekvar gorge, mountains, a river and a lot of greenery. Therefore, this place is not as hot as on the seashore itself. Even in the heat of 30+ I didn't have to turn on the air conditioner in the room.
The hotel is brand new, which is a special plus against the background of the murdered guest house in Abkhazia. This is a hotel for modern people who are used to European holidays, and who may not feel comfortable living in private sector residential buildings. The rooms are decorated in pleasant colors, modern appliances and furniture, everything is new and perfectly clean. There is no food in the hotel, but a couple of houses away there is a pleasant cafe with delicious food, and closer to the embankment there is a Tea house, restaurants and many different cafes. The hotel has a very friendly staff, they communicate with each visitor as with their personal guest, they are very attentive to all requests. 10 minutes walk from the hotel to the sea, free clean beaches, sand + small pebbles, clean sea, tourists do not run in droves, which was a big plus for me. I am very satisfied, my stay at this hotel was very comfortable.
The disadvantages were temporary, since I was resting at a time when the hotel had just started working, some rooms were still working on furniture assembly, but this did not interfere at all, the work was quiet. Maybe it will be a disadvantage for someone that they will have to climb the stairs to the 4th or 5th floor with their suitcases, if your rooms are there (mine was on the 2nd floor), but this is compensated by pleasant views from the windows - in one direction to the mountains, in the other direction - a piece of the sea is visible.

We liked everything, the hotel is fresh, it even smells new, we got a room with a gorgeous view with a French balcony and a door to a large unfinished terrace. You open the door in the morning, take a cup of coffee and life is a success. But the big disadvantage is the lack of a cafe or at least a kitchen. There is a dining room nearby, but I recommend a Teahouse cafe more. There are such delicious cheesecakes, I still remember. As for the location, this is a super hotel, the entire historical part is nearby, the Abaat fortress, the prince's castle, the famous restaurant, the chic park, everything is nearby, not to mention that from the hotel you can just walk up the mountain on horses!!! There is no need to go anywhere. The room is always clean, the bed is clean, there is an ironing system on the floor. There is a hairdryer in the room. I liked the hotel!
