A family of three vacationed with me in August 2024, they were very happy, as if they lived with their relatives.We came by car from Moscow.Pleasant educated hosts Eduard and wife Inna, courteous, attentive maids Tamara and Shazina.The shared kitchen is always clean,napkins,pepper,salt, toothpicks,everything is fresh,clean and cozy,freshly renovated,Wi-Fi,Parking for six cars,well-groomed territory,swimming pool,gazebo and barbecue.The hosts treat and offer high-quality wine, mechanically pressed tangerine juice, melons, watermelons, fruits are always in the common refrigerator.There is silence around, the village is quiet and green,300 meters from the sea, there is a cafe on the beach, there are few people even in peak season, it is clean, the mountain landscape around.Price:5000 for a double room and a sofa for a third one for August 2024.Pitsunda and Cypress Alley are 5 minutes away by car, but you always want to return to the silence and coolness of air conditioners, fresh showers and clean rooms, home comfort and a pleasant stay by the pool.There are shops, and a little further away there are supermarkets and bakeries, a gas station and a car wash.Gagra and Pitsunda are nearby.We will definitely come to this guest house again and recommend it for a relaxing and family holiday.

There are two very different sensations from relaxing in this house.
The guest house is new, nice rooms, everything is clean and cozy. A set of towels is provided. Tea, sugar, coffee, dishes in the right amount are freely available in the kitchen, the owners open compotes.
BUT! The lights were often turned off. There was practically no light in the bathroom, the hair dryer also did not work, because it was in the bathroom that there was no electricity, although there was in the room. There was no hot water a couple of times in the evening, although there was electricity. I reported the problem, they said they were solving it, but nothing was solved like that. It also seems to work with the air conditioner, but it just drives the air and does not cool in any way.

We had a rest at the guest house in September 2024.
I really liked the hospitable hosts. People are kind and sincere.
The guest house is new. Everything in the room is at the European level. Stylish, without these bedspreads and carpets from Soviet times.
Shower, hair dryer. Lots of towels. Mini fridge, air conditioning.
Everything you need is in the room.
You can cook in the kitchen, eat cooked food in the dining room.
There is a place to relax with a barbecue behind the yard. There is always homemade wine and chacha for lovers. Delicious compotes.
It's worth a 10-minute walk to the sea. The beach was empty at that time. With pebbles
There are a lot of shops and cafes on the parallel street - it's more crowded there.
