My first experience of studying in India. Incredible atmosphere. She studied in Rishikesh. Excellent teaching staff. Excellent living conditions. A whole month of immersion in yoga. I recommend the strip to go this way with Rishikul ! Special thanks to the organizers, translators. The best solution was to study at Rishikul!)

An incredible experience! Transformation begins from the first minutes of arrival on the school grounds. Great teachers and atmosphere. She studied at school for the first time in February 2023. And today I am back in India on a 300 hour course. Deep immersion in yogic culture. The benefit of the Gift, I definitely recommend that you come and do it yourself. I studied here in 2023, TTC 200. The school met my expectations and did not meet my terrible fears) The teachers know their business, some are so simple 5 ++ Classes from 6:30 to 19 with breaks. The living conditions are normal, the food is very tasty, vegetarian, moderately spicy. But the food is Indian, of course, not all Caucasians will last a month) The translators are excellent.
