We stayed at this hotel in August 2023. I would rate it a C minus.
Among the advantages: delicious and varied food, very clean pool, close to the beach, wonderful guys at the reception.
Unfortunately, there were more disadvantages. The rooms are tired (very weak air conditioning, old plumbing, leaky bed linen can be made), cleaning for show, towels are changed only if asked several times. There are not enough sun loungers and umbrellas on the beach at all. And there, big dogs will rest with you, who constantly bark at passing cars. Beach towels are not provided.
In general, the hotel is OK to just spend the night there and stop by to eat. You should not rely on the service. I definitely do not advise families with children because of the dogs on the beach and the lack of animation.
We rested at the hotel on 1-11.08.24. Considering the peculiarities of our stay in Bodrum, we were ready for the absence of a hotel beach. We refused lemonade and sunbeds from neighboring hotels and went to a wild beach, which gave us a 30-minute walk and a clean lagoon. But if you want to lie down by the sea in the evening, public sunbeds are free.
By the numbers: the photo is true, the staff cleans, washes, changes towels. Definitely not every day, but we kept order ourselves.
Meals: for a good 4, there is a choice. No ice cream. Like in the dining room. All the comments above are correct. The transitions were not stressful. We went down where there was more air. Bar: beer, red wine -we liked them, they are not diluted, but like everywhere else in Turkey-a beach (lighter) option. The guys at the bar tried their best. There was no animation. The guests are the local population, the music was blaring just for them)
Of the minuses: the declared sauna and hammam did not work, they were ready to take them to a nearby hotel for an additional fee, but they chose this hotel precisely because of this feature…
The exit from the hotel is 5 minutes to the sea and the beach, but you immediately run into garbage containers. Plus, the construction site is frozen nearby. No complaints about the hotel, but the dumpsters are asking to hide))
Dolmushi bus stop is nearby. Bodrum is 35 lira and 25 minutes away. This is a plus)))
As a result, being an optimist, I will give the hotel a good 3)))
The average "four".
The staff does not know Russian, some speak a little English.
It is located 3 minutes from the shore. The "private" beach is the beach of the Kasandra hotel, sun beds and umbrellas are free of charge. The "beach bar" in the descriptions of travel agencies is the bar of the same Casandra, across the street from the beach. You can use it without restrictions.
The food is usual for such hotels, fresh and pickled vegetables, two or three meat dishes for lunch and dinner. Mostly chicken, of course, but beef a couple of times a week. Fruits include watermelons, apples, oranges.
The bar's assortment includes soda, juices from concentrate, beer, red, pink, white wine, vodka, gin. Vodka is warm, as it stands on the counter, while immediately trying to pile ice into it and add water😁 Attempts to explain that the place of vodka in the refrigerator did not give any result.
There is no animation. After 15 minutes of laziness, the mini-disco is designed mainly for Turkish children from 3 to 7 somewhere, although Aram-zam-zam and small ducklings can be danced regardless of nationality. Then there is not much loud music, to which everyone is sitting on their phones.
Everything is gorgeous! All inclusive (breakfast, lunch, dinner) The staff is kind, they know a little Russian) the pool is clean, 150 cm, there is a children's pool. There is a bar near it from 9.00 to 23.00. However, a spider or some insect may be sitting in the sink, but this is not so important. There is a hypermarket nearby (the prices there are not for tourists, everything is quite cheap) and all sorts of shops. There are also plenty of cafes and restaurants there. For the price, everything is fine!
The hotel is located within walking distance from the bay.
There are many different types of shops nearby: from bazaar-type tents to standard chain markets.
There is parking for cars, but it is always occupied by local tourists (mostly Europeans and Turks live). WiFi is weak and only works around the reception. It is recommended to buy a SIM card from local operators, TurkCell represents the best connection of all. You can get an e-sim from them. Nice staff. Caring. So far, they are focused on local and visiting Turks, but Europeans have chosen Bodrum, so there are plenty of them too. Just because of this, the prices here are slightly higher than at other resorts.
It is worth making minor cosmetic repairs in the rooms, somewhere to replace something with newer equipment. Expand the WiFi coverage area.
In general, the hotel is a stretch for 4 stars.
As for food: there is a lot of it. You won't have time to get hungry, unless you exercise from morning to evening.
Nuance: the hotel is more for a relaxing holiday.
Features: there is an elevator between three floors.
Nice hotel. Cool pool. The food is good. Our room was cleaned every day, and towels were changed once a day.
The location is convenient, a couple of minutes walk to the beach, although the beach is average, it's better to go to another one for buying a drink. 😉
In June, there were few people at the hotel, mostly Russians, then Poles, Turks and the British. Check-in after breakfast. At our request, we were not accommodated on the ground floor (first, in Russian), but on the second. The balcony is spacious, but the room itself is small. Another disadvantage is that we had three beds (why? I only took up space), they said "use it, it's free"! I noticed that Russians were settled on the ground floor, without balconies. The plumbing is not very good in the rooms. There was no water pressure in our room day or night, and the mixer in the tiny shower stall refused to mix hot (which is only available during the day) and cold water. There was no opportunity to wash at all, just a little rinse with cold water! In general, the first impression of the hotel was not very good, it was only 3*, and that was because of the excellent pool! But then, as it always happens, they began to get used to it, and the attitude towards the hotel changed. The food is excellent (for girls), the staff is trying - everything is clean! Unobtrusive pleasant music plays all day by the pool, there is a coffee machine with delicious coffee. I didn't like the beach from the Cleopatra Hotel (the same owner), as well as the beaches in Bitez in general. You can take a great walk around the neighborhood, the views are awesome from above.
Nice hotel.Delicious food, I liked the large assortment of cakes. And there has always been a watermelon and a large assortment of fresh herbs and pickles. You will like the spicy pickled pepper.
The rooms were clean, cleaned every day, took out the trash and changed towels, as well as added shower gels if they ran out.
I was pleased that although the hotel is not on the beach, it cooperates with a beach hotel where you can go to get drinks for free and use the shizlong.
We stayed here for 9 nights and were very satisfied!
Nice hotel! The staff is very friendly and helpful. No imposed services! A large, clean swimming pool. I liked everything very much! There is only one minus - the lack of its own beach, but this is not critical for Bodrum.
The 3-star hotel had no more rest in September, there was no cleaning in the rooms for 10 days, there was very little choice of food, the breakfast was meager and in general the food was not for 4 stars, I rest in the hotel, mostly local whole families feel like in a Turkish pioneer camp, the hotel is very dirty and does not smell nice, the only plus it's a 5-minute walk to the sea, its own beach and sun beds, but the beach and the sea itself leaves much to be desired!!!!!!!!
The hotel offers rooms that can accommodate large families. We are 5 people, accommodated without problems in one room (one large bed, one small and two-storey bed). The food is without much variety, but of high quality. No one was poisoned by anything and there were no disorders. The pool is very clean, but it is rarely cleaned. Room cleaning is also lame, the floors do not feel washed, towels were changed without problems. There were not enough street clocks to keep track of the time around the pool. There is a small playground and a small water slide in the children's pool. The spa has an excellent massage therapist, Gunel Gunai. Thank you so much to her! The sea is nearby, mostly sand. The bay is beautiful. We were in Bodrum for the first time and really liked it! wi-fi is weak and not far from the reception. The staff does not speak Russian, but our children gave several lessons and by the end of the vacation the guys from the reception were already saying the basic phrases))
Great location, large pool, nice room, delicious food. Near the sea and a sandy beach, there are places of entry with pebbles 2-3 meters further sand, grass grows deeper in places and fish swim, it's beautiful if you swim with a mask. No Russian bank card works here, not even Mir, they don't take rubles either.
The hotel made a modest impression at first, but the further it went, the more I liked it. Firstly, for its level, very high-quality food with a calm (not canteen) serving. That is, there are no queue tails, you can eat both indoors on the top floor and downstairs in the pool bar (under or without an awning). There was always something from decent meat or fish, a large selection of greens, desserts, watermelons always. Meals are served three times a day. The pool is very decent, the beach (Kassandra hotels) with a good approach (sand), shallow, but then we opened a completely different beach and went there through the mountains. The Internet is bad, it catches best by the pool (and not at the counter, as they wrote), sometimes it breaks into the room, but rarely. It's really free. The cleaning is satisfactory, they change without problems. Calmly, there is no shouty animation, the music is mostly calm as a background, not in the brain. In general, Bitez is not a Gumbet at all, if anything :) But the quality of rest (namely rest) is higher here.
Terrible hotel. Not a hotel, but a nightclub. All rooms are facing the courtyard and the music is blaring from morning to night, without ceasing. You ask the reception to turn it down, but they make it louder out of spite. The music screams until one o'clock in the morning. And sometimes before 2 a.m. You don't have to go to bed for the tour at 5 a.m. Drunks are screaming under the windows. You won't get any rest in general. With small children, no way!!! The same type of food, not tasty, at first it seems that a lot and then you realize that you can eat a couple of dishes from it. It's a long way to go from the food delivery to the dining room. there is no animation, a beach with dogs and horses, the hotel has a beach with a shallow sea, you can walk half a kilometer and it will be waist-high. There are a lot of dogs everywhere in Bodrum. And in general, I did not like the resort much worse than Marmaris. In this hotel, the lights were still turned off and the power plants started working, which work like a whole factory and they are installed next to the rooms, we woke up once from this rumble. I do not advise anyone to go there for anything, unless you are just a fan of drunken night fumes until the morning!
