It's a very cool place. The room is spacious; perfect cleanliness; excellent ventilation, always pleasant and fresh air in the room; the room has absolutely everything you need, including a washing machine and a toaster; balcony, bay window - stunning views from everywhere: mountains, city; staff is responsive, friendly; within walking distance of a shopping center, public transport stop; no parking problems.
Of the disadvantages, I can note not the most convenient location - it's either a long way to go to the center or to go.

Great hotel. Calm. More like a house with a kitchen, where everything is provided for a comfortable stay. Down to the smallest detail. Excellent plumbing and very friendly staff. We came from excursions and just rested in this house. There is a nice shopping center with the same name nearby, where there is a wonderful supermarket where we bought groceries and cooked breakfast. If we are in Yerevan, we will definitely return to this hotel.

We spent a week here with a guy
Positive
1) Very comfortable loft, new and clean; beautiful and stylish design
2) Excellent cleaning
3) there is a large shopping center with a supermarket nearby
4) Beautiful mountain view
5) Light and spacious
6) there is a stereo music system, the sound is awesome
7) Projector for watching movies or TV
Minuses
1) Wi-Fi is not working well
2) the cellular connection is not working well (probably because of the height?)
3) the bathroom smells of sewage
4) the mixer does not work well, either boiling water or cold water
5) for 2 days there was no water in the building, neither hot nor cold; you couldn't even go to the toilet - it's good that the shopping center is nearby, you had to run there
8) the elevator broke down twice, and the loft on the 12th floor
9) the location is currently inconvenient, there are pits around, construction sites; taxi drivers often did not understand how to get there
There are many disadvantages, but the advantages outweigh

An amazing option. Top.
Huge and cozy apartment with everything.
On one side there is a view of Ararat, on the other - of Argats.
No connection to the hotel schedule.
Near the Dalma mall with a huge Green line market, 10 minutes by taxi or 30 minutes on foot to the center.

Great location, newly renovated apartment, beautiful view. Inside there is everything you need, a washing machine, a hair dryer, a TV, etc.
Very responsive girls at the reception - they met us halfway several times, although they could easily refuse or take an additional payment

Excellent apartment. Everything you need to eat. Clean and spacious. It takes 10 minutes to get to the center by taxi, 20 minutes to the airport.

A stunningly cozy place. Wonderful staff. Comfortable and stylish apartments, with insanely beautiful sunsets. It is convenient that there is a shopping center nearby where you can buy groceries and more. There is a parking lot.

Super apartment in Yerevan, with amazing views of the city. A great patio where you can meet the dawn at breakfast and spend the sunset in the evening with a glass of delicious Armenian. The apartments themselves are clean, cozy, and have everything you need. It is very convenient that there is a supermarket nearby. We got to the center by taxi, about 10 minutes.

It's an amazing place, we went with colleagues for the May holidays. We took an apartment with a balcony, four people were accommodated in full comfort in a two-room apartment. The apartment has all the amenities. I recommend apartments with a balcony, stunning views of the night city and mountains

It is located in a modern multi-storey building, next to a large shopping center Dalma. I still remember the view from the window of Aragats, Yerevan at night and the Tsitsernakaberd memorial, a cozy loggia with a table with warmth.
