Excellent service. I made an appointment. I quickly found myself on the elevator. We were guided by prices and the choice of spare parts. We were well advised. The work was completed promptly. I was very pleased with the result!
If you come to see exactly what needs to be changed, they will change, but it is better to check the quality on the spot, they changed the chassis, said everything was OK, after starting the engine, the front suspension (beam) grimed, it was good on the spot that I noticed, fixed.
Sl. the situation: I arrived said that the car was slowing down by itself, asked to find the problem and to eliminate, they called and said it was ready.
I paid, took THE PROBLEM DID NOT GO AWAY, paid for the extra work and spare parts, asked to identify and eliminate it for free (since I paid, I was ready to pay extra if there was a more serious problem), they said that alas we would not find it (it's sad that I did not leave (from their words), in short, stupidly earned money for an unnecessary replacement! IF YOU DECIDE TO GO TO FIND THE PROBLEM, YOU DON'T NEED TO, THEY WILL CHANGE EVERYTHING IN A ROW, AND YOU WILL PAY FOR IT ALL, EVEN IF YOU DIDN'T HAVE TO DO IT!
DIAGNOSIS AND DETECTION 0!
And I'm not the first, read the reviews, and there's NO POINT in writing to them personally by mail!!!!
I handled the repair of the brake system.
I made an appointment, arrived, took the car, everything is fine for 5 points.
But after the repair, there were questions.
They called and said that the car was ready, but the battery ran out during the repair, (sometimes, maybe they didn't turn it off) they charged for a fee, thank you.
I came to pick up the car at the appointed time, but it turns out the car is not ready, the master did not like that the brakes were soft, I was outraged that I had plans for the day and should have been warned in advance, I would not have come. I was offered to pick up the car in this condition, of course for a fee (the work was done, but the master does not like the brakes). The option is not acceptable, I had to wait.
The car was given away, I drove out and heard the noise of rubbing parts from the back. I called the service station, described the problem, and asked them to come back. I examined the car, it turned out that the shoe had fallen out of the support and was rubbing against the disc.
I arrived at the service station, they drove me quickly. The cause of the malfunction turned out to be a brake pad installed on the wrong side. The master receptionist shrugged his shoulders, saying, "it happens," "you know." And without further ado, he returned the keys and the car.
There were no more problems except for the lapping pads, the noise disappeared in a week.
Conclusion. If the time spent and the dead battery can be somehow understood and explained, then the level of qualification of the staff does not correspond to the level of the service station. It can be dangerous to handle brake system repairs.
