He said that they looked at this model from the supplier and measured the starting current, it was significantly lower than the stated ones, and the model was already released in 2020.
They offered an alternative, a fresh battery from this year with a 3-year warranty. (in general, they didn't sell nonsense, it speaks about humanity)
2. Delivery - the courier arrived punctually on time, helped with the installation (installation is free), told and showed everything, it is clear that the master of the case, told about the nuances of operation.

So before the winter I decided to update the battery on my car, went online, and there was such a choice that I couldn't figure out what exactly I needed. I called on the phone in the first link - I got to rimbat, well, how I got there - I didn't get through, I went to look for another store and then it turns out that the manager is calling me back (honestly I was pleasantly surprised, that's where "your call is very important to us") the guy very loconically without unnecessary water found out what I have for a car and offered several price/quality options. I used to think that it was necessary to put only well-known brands, somehow you trust them more, but then my eyes were "opened" to the world) I took Alfa as a result, it came out to me much cheaper than Bosch and warts, which I immediately looked at, but in quality it does not lag far behind them as it turned out (I drove all winter neither he never let me down, even took off his 60k 1 time to start his brother's diesel engine and an old diesel Mercedes started up half a turn where he had a 100k) so that's what I'm all about, I used to be afraid to trust the sellers - after all, just to sell them, but then, because I don't understand anything about it, I trusted and didn't lose, I bought a battery that is only pleasing so far and I haven't overpaid for a "beautiful label" yet. In general, now I recommend it to everyone: they will pick it up, bring it, install it. So also the impressions of communication with the manager remained as positive as possible. I applied to Rimbat for a Tab Blue 75/750 battery. The price in Rimbat is very attractive. When checking, it turned out that the cold scroll current, one of the most important indicators for the battery, is below 100A from the declared 750A and is 650A. Which has become unacceptable to me. I was at a loss for a couple of minutes, because I definitely did not expect this from a famous brand. By chance, my eyes fell on a showcase with Kraft batteries. I know the brand firsthand, I myself was once the owner of such a battery, which served, I do not remember how long, but I started the car at -32 ° C. After looking at the Kraft 77R battery (780A 275×175×190), I noticed several important things: there are inspection plugs on the case, which is not a little important, especially after three years of operation. There is no peephole indicator on the case, as for me it is such a useless thing. Instead, the battery has a transparent case, with an indication of the upper and lower electrolyte levels. And I also liked the stated characteristics of this 78/780A battery at 275/175/175. Which of course I didn't believe. This was followed by a test check... what was my surprise when I saw during the check that the cold scroll current is instead of the stated 780A... 813A!!! Yeah! 813A is more than the 780A declared by the manufacturer. I don't know what was put in it, I didn't check it with a dosimeter, but the fact is on the face. In addition, the price on the Rimbate is more than modest, I do not want to voice it, otherwise the rest of the sellers will go around the world. Another plus from Rimbat: many people know that the battery warranty is extended only when installing the battery on the service station, Rimbat gives a guarantee for the battery, regardless of the installer. I am also glad that the warranty for this battery is 2.5 years.
After purchasing a Kraft battery, when I got to the garage, I measured the density of the electrolyte: in all banks it was 1.29, which is an excellent indicator. After that, with a feeling of fake satisfaction, I put the battery on charge, with weak currents. Easy roads, health and prosperity for everyone.

It turned out to be broken off . It's a small thing , but it's not pleasant. My question was solved for a week. They offered to solve or choose a solution to the problem themselves. The car is not cheap (Mazda sh5). The result : zero , they said to wait 2-3 weeks , maybe they will find something. ???
