I made an order a day earlier, indicated the time at 12 o'clock,made payment for flowers and for delivery 2500,the next day at the specified time of delivery there was no response to calls and SMS,the results were brought at 5 pm,the correspondence was answered at the same time, did not explain, did not apologize,somehow so and it should be, if they strained with delivery, they would say that Yandex would arrange delivery it would be cheaper and on time, it failed to surprise a person, I was very disappointed before that I ordered flowers from them more than once, everything was clear, but this time it was straight at all, more upset that there was no explanation or apology!
