Their whole business is built on bringing a parcel without agreeing on a time, they bring it twice and call when the courier is already at the door, if you are currently at the wrong address, then your problems, And THEY DO the THIRD DELIVERY FOR a FEE. That's what it's designed for! People in the call center, like the couriers themselves, are not customer-oriented, they do not know how to talk.
Ivan, instead of solving the issue, began to talk in raised tones and interrupt. It is a pity that such a low level of service.
There are so many negative reviews, and the company is not doing anything.

I was waiting for an urgent parcel, I couldn't get through, I had to go, I paid 4 thousand for a taxi back and forth, because the event was starting, for which I ordered urgent delivery, plus I paid 1800 ten for delivery from another city. In total, the packaging turned out to be more expensive than the product. You see, they do not have delivery on Saturdays, but the phone number is indicated on the parcel, really it was impossible to call and say that due to the fact that there is no delivery on Saturdays, if you need it urgently, you can pick it up yourself. It's a lot of hassle. Disappointed.

I do not recommend working with this company. They took the letter on Monday, they were supposed to make delivery on Wednesday, they delivered it only on Thursday. I'm calling to clarify where the letter is at 10.55, they said we'll call back, and they didn't call back until she dialed them at 12.07. They still haven't said where the letter is at the moment.
