Plus there is only one hotel, it is in the very center of the city. But the taxi driver, for some reason, barely found her. The hotel is tiny, the rooms are small, the air conditioner dripped all night, and since it was hanging over my head, I had to move the bed away from the wall and listen to the drops

0The hotel is located in the city center.the rooms are affordable, but some of the rooms are deaf, i.e. without windows.in the other part of the rooms, the windows overlook the noisy highway. The rooms are cramped.two can't miss each other.there is no refrigerator.so drinking cold water in the heat will not work.breakfast is included in the payment and is acceptable.the staff is polite.however, we have to speak a mixture of Russian and English.or on your fingers.obviously, you will be settled and things will help to convey.which is important.

2 stars only for the boys at the reception, who somehow try to please you and help. The hotel is sooooo dirty, just unbelievable. Breakfasts are held in a dark room without windows, if you come by 9, you haven't eaten. I do not recommend the hotel to anyone. Plus, only in a good location. If you are going to Baku, choose the Old City. There are a lot of decent options out there.
