We have vacationed in many countries, traveled as savages to Uzbekistan, but there has never been such rudeness anywhere. I liked the food in the cafe, especially the coffee. We went there every day for lunch. But we were kicked out on the 5th day. On the first day I brewed coffee, there was not much sediment. on the 2nd day there was sooo much sediment, I decided to guess, turned the cup and the whole saucer to the brim in the sediment (so much). On the 3rd day, I very carefully and sweetly asked that there not be so much sediment, there is so a cup of 120 ml. -200r. Apparently, they pour it into a cup immediately after boiling. The man says that there is no such thing as a sediment. I tell him that I understand, but it was just a lot yesterday. And it's not like this is the first time I've had boiled coffee. I asked you to support it for 30 seconds so that the sediment settles slightly. Okay, we agreed. On the 5th day, we ordered lunch for 2500r. And again I asked for coffee, so that a little sediment. My God, what started there, a girl came out about 30 years old, as she began to yell at us (name yell), without stopping, . We couldn't even get a word in. He says that they are tired of making coffee for me, like pouring it from cup to cup. And the funniest thing is that we, vacationers, save on every 100 rubles. And that they won't serve us anymore. And we left a few thousand with them there. It would be better if they washed their tables of grease, their hands stick to the tables, it is very unpleasant. We were warned that there would be rudeness in Abkhazia and that we should not contact them. There may be problems. But what kind of nation does this cafe work for, it seems not Abkhazians, but not Russians definitely did not get involved, they quietly left. And in general, we are not going to return to Abkhazia. Not only because of this case, there were still moments when you were treated like a b.. for. Let's go back to Uzbekistan, not once in 10 days there was even a hint of rudeness, on the contrary, sometimes too polite.

Very long service with a relatively low occupancy of the hall (1/2). We took the menu ourselves, waited 15 minutes for the waiter to come, then waited 40 minutes for the dishes. The order was simple: used mojito, milkshake, burger and noodle soup.

Generally edible, but nothing special
Next was a disgusting milkshake, I couldn't drink it, I asked to redo it. They've been redone, a little sweeter, but it's still rubbish. The mojito was served almost after (50!) minutes after all the hot dishes have been eaten. There is no service, no kitchen, no bar, the sink is outside (and that without soap). Dear vacationers, take a little walk along the embankment, you will definitely find a better place. I do not recommend this place to anyone.

We rested in staraya Gagra from 22.06 to 29.06, had dinner in various nearby cafes, decided to go to the Reef cafe for dinner on the last evening of our vacation and regretted very much that we did not eat here all the rest.We ordered a meat pan and a fish pan , it's sooo delicious , at home , you can lick your fingers , the three of us ate too much ,everything is so properly seasoned , salted ,very tasty wine, beautiful glasses ,the waiters are very friendly ,a guy and a girl ,they removed unnecessary things from the table in time ,they were interested in whether something else was needed , and the view the sea is just wonderful, the evening fell just on the evening of the graduation, eating all these sweets, we watched the fireworks from both sides, both from the border and from Pitsunda , we really liked this cafe, I definitely recommend it to everyone, our friends are going to rest in Gagra soon , they promise to definitely visit this place.All the best to you and prosperity, thank you for a pleasant last evening in your cafe!

A wonderful cafe! We ate there for almost two weeks, it's a pity that we didn't find out about it from the very beginning of our vacation! The waiters and the receptionist are wonderful, they always greeted us with a smile. The food is insanely delicious, we have tried almost all the dishes and drinks! Thank you guys! We'll be back! ❤️

Excellent view from the terrace window of the sea and the setting sun. Perhaps the advantages are over... Wash your hands-there is a sink outside with a broken faucet, from which water is running in a thin stream... There is no soap. The toilet is on the key, the stall is on the street. Tables and chairs are cool made of solid wood... Only the table is sticky and uncomfortable to sit on...
I have already figured out for myself that if a cafe includes 10% service in the receipt, then there is no service there... Because if you don't turn it on, then no one will leave a tip.
First, a dish is brought, and 10 minutes later, after requests, napkins are placed. Do not serve spoons with soup, eat with forks...Dishes are confused, although they are recorded.
Meal. Khinkali are all different, one has pepper, the other has little meat, the third has thick dough and is not cooked, the other has nothing to hold on to.... The tea is so finely chopped that the sieve on the spout does not save... You drink tea and eat it...

We stopped by late in the evening to have a snack. We had some doubts about the taste of the dishes, but in vain! The dishes exceeded all our expectations! The boat with the egg was amazing! Shawarma is huge and insanely delicious! If we stayed near this place, we would visit it daily! Although there are some comments: there was no tea, lemonade was only from the refrigerator - the children simply had nothing to drink while they were waiting, and the staff was not very friendly (but most likely by this time the waitress was just tired) In general, a recommendation!!!!

We went in for lunch, ordered pizza, milkshake and glasse coffee. The waiter was friendly, but the food was terrible. The cocktail is surprisingly tasteless, the daughter was very thirsty and couldn't even drink it with all her love for milkshakes. If you throw a teaspoon of ice cream into a coffee drink, it can also probably be called a glass. But you also need to be able to make a glass of coffee. They don't know how to do it here. Pizza is not their strong suit either. The only advantage of this place is the sea view. I do not recommend it.

We have been familiar with this institution for several years. While on vacation, we went to dinner on July 8, 2024. We ordered fries, nuggets, a frying pan in Russian and Abkhaz, khachapuri. Everything is great! Very tasty. We recommend it.

Dirty tables, the interior asks for refreshment, the waitress is creepy, not interested in customers. But the kitchen is good, the food is delicious. At first we had lunch for a couple of days and the waiter guy was very nice. Then we got on this girl, asked her to wipe the table, she offered to go to another place. Which we did, and had a great dinner in Oriental style

We had a rest in Abkhazia, the city of Gagra. We often had lunch and dinner at the Rif cafe.
A large selection of dishes, delicious shish kebab, solyanka and fish soup, fish, everything is very tasty, fast service, affordable prices, a fascinating view of the sea and sunsets.

It's a disgusting cafe. The waiter can't take the order properly. But when the bill arrives, it turns out that you did not eat the dish that you ordered, but two or even three times more expensive than the specified price. It turns out that we had to recognize for ourselves that this dish was not from the order. Allegedly, instead of the ordered grilled salmon, we were served salmon on the grill, which, by the way, no one even lit. The attitude towards customers is boorish. If it were possible, I would give a rating of -10. I definitely do not recommend it. So they strive to deceive and strip off three skins.

If you want to have a delicious meal and get a pleasant experience, then you definitely are not here!!! The only good thing is the sea view!
We ordered a lagman - it's terrible! A substance more similar to kharcho, but with vegetables, noodles are not from the word at all. Kharcho with walnuts is a separate story - not fresh, spoiled beef in green sauce. We didn't order anything else, and thank God. That was enough.
The service leaves much to be desired, nothing to say! Dirty dishes are removed from the tables for a very long time. The waiter waited 20 minutes to place an order. The tables are sticky and unwashed. Well, you've probably already read about the toilet.
If you want to keep a wonderful holiday experience and have a delicious meal, you definitely are not here!!!

Average prices compared to the old Gagra, there are places lower, but I recommend going. A good cook: in my opinion, there is the best chanakhi, and a lot of delicious things. Last summer, terrible music was playing in the Reef in the evenings, so loud that it was impossible to talk, this year, thank God, the management changed its policy, the repertoire became very pleasant, it disposes to sit, eat delicious food, drink a glass of wine to the sound of the waves. That's why we were regular visitors there this year. Thanks to the waitress Nelly for the very high-quality and, which is pleasant and not very typical for Abkhazia, prompt service.

We rested at the Inn Reef Hotel for seven days.Breakfast was included in the room rate. We had breakfast in the cafe "Reef", which is located across the road towards the sea. Breakfast consists of three courses and no choice. Usually it is porridge, oatmeal or semolina. Once there was pasta with two sausages, dumplings and once scrambled eggs. There were pancakes, pieces of cake and sandwiches with cheese and ham. On the third - tea or coffee. It wasn't enough for me, so next time I would book a room without breakfast. And in the morning I would come to the cafe and order what I want. But, this is my opinion.

The view is beautiful and that's it.
We took a table and the waiters ignored us for 15-20 minutes. The food is average, the waiters were tired, but they tried to do everything politely, but some red-haired girl, apparently the administrator, carried the bill to everyone, but with the look of a hostess, threw the bill on the table like "cattle", well, while carrying it, the cost of the salad increased, to the question - why? With a dissatisfied look like, "oh, what did you notice?" I went to figure it out, fixed it (needless to say, she didn't even bother to apologize?)
In general, I don't advise the institution!
It's better to go a little further and eat in a nice place with air conditioning, more pleasant prices and nice service!

The restaurant has delicious food, of course, the prices are not cheap, but not critical. Just a gorgeous view of the sea, especially the sunset, sitting on the veranda. A pleasant entourage interior: massive wooden tables, comfortable benches with soft cushions on the veranda and sofas indoors. I was pleased with the unaccustomed and qualified staff of the institution.

We came in a great mood . We ordered a seafood salad and grilled shrimp (before we clarified that tiger shrimp). We waited for the order for 40 minutes. The salad was brought normal. Shrimp royal. The cafe is located on the beach. Delicious food, friendly staff, light music. One day we got to see a violinist perform. Admission was free, they only paid for food. Keep in mind that 10% service is included in the bill (this is the case in almost all cafes in Abkhazia, 7-10%). If you order food with you, you do not pay for the service.

Mixed up the soups, served not what they wanted... I don't say anything about lagman at all, the meat is chewed, but the broth is some kind of slurry... Then we ordered a quesadilla... They brought just a four-part wrapped tortilla with a cat-like filling smeared on this tortilla...
But I believe that one day Abkhazia will find out what a SanPiN is and life will get better...
They asked for a refund for the quesadilla... Not returned... They asked me to call the director to explain the situation, they didn't give me a number and they didn't give me a call from their number either...

The most terrible kitchen, vile, impudent and insanely lazy waitresses.
We ordered fish soup and shurpa, brought something strange with a floating piece of fat, we turned to the waitress, she inexplicably took the plate, poured the contents of one plate into a plate of a different color and said it was shurpa.
I am silent that we waited for the order for 1 hour and they didn't even wipe the table for us, but we asked 4 times. Although if wiped, it would not help, the tables need to be scrubbed with a brush for a day.

They don't have cappuccino. Only coffee with liqueur 300 rubles per 100ml. The cocktail was brought the wrong one, the child tried it, they told the attendant. The answer was "surprised": if you hadn't drunk from the bottle, I would have changed it, but no! There were no apologies for the mistake in her own work

We tried to have dinner with a group of 4 people. No one met us at the entrance. The waiter, only after the request, served one menu for everyone, accepted the order without introducing herself or duplicating the dishes. During the hour of waiting, we were served only drinks and lagman, and after that they brought two meat pans instead of chicken ones. They reacted aggressively to our remark. They did not wait for the remaining dishes, they asked for a check, which the waiter counted with 10% for the service (!). The evening is ruined, we do not recommend this institution.

Of the minuses - loud screaming music, lack of a toilet - more precisely, there is a toilet that no one has ever cleaned, apparently there is no soap in the sink, they offered an antiseptic, where it was poured, judging by the absence of any smell, and alcohol, just water for appearance.
The food is average, I can't say anything bad, but it's also good.

The price tag is not low, they serve for a long time, the food is not tasty (they ordered khinkali-it felt like they brought a semi-finished product bought in a store), green tea in a teapot-so much tea was poured into the teapot that there was practically no tea there. The only advantage is the location of the cafe. We will never go there again and we will not advise anyone

We took okroshka on kefir for lunch - there were too many cucumbers in it, which interrupted all the others, and the ingredients were otherwise not bad, for the second we took pork on grilled ribs - the meat turned out to be super juicy!! However, only 2 pieces out of 3 ... Alcoholic cocktails are more or less tolerable, not really super, but normal.. . very unhurried service

Don't go there!!! The food sucks, there is no respect from the staff for visitors, the bio toilet is terribly dirty, there is no soap in the sink. We simply forgot about 1 dish from our order, it turned out after 40 minutes of waiting. As a result, we asked to cancel, instead of 1400, we had dinner for 605 rubles due to the fact that we did not eat 3 dishes.
I do NOT recommend this cafe, it is better to go a little further)
