The order was made in June, the order came to them in early September. After the "delivery failures", the order still did not arrive on September 28 in a complete set, there was not enough washer.
On the same day, I called and informed them about it. They said they would dial me on September 30 and explain everything. No one called.
I called myself on October 1st. There, a man very boldly replied, "well, they didn't call, so the person is busy," "well, we can't track all orders," "well, dial tomorrow at the same time, we'll check in the warehouse." And I have to call and clarify 10 times what is there and how with the order that they did not fulfill in full.
When I called again, no one picked up, I had to call a couple of days later. There, an "adequate" employee raised the issue, to whom I described the conversation with the previous person, he agreed that this was not normal and apologized for the "inadequate" one. He said the spare part was lost, it is impossible to order a new one, because it is not being produced.... He offered to refund the money.
I reset their account number on October 7. They promised money within a week. A week later, I called again, they said to reset my full name - which says that the week is lost, no one did anything. I sent my full name. After another week, I dialed again, they said that we had sent everything, the case is in the bank, which takes a long time to send. 2 weeks have passed, let me remind you. I asked to send a screenshot of the transfer of funds, they said we would send it tomorrow.
Of course, nothing was sent. Today 24.10 there is still no money.
Last year, I ordered from them and had to pay more than the agreed amount at the post office, they promised to return it, and I knocked out funds in the same way for several months. I vowed not to contact them, but I thought it was just an accident. No, it's not an accident.
I ordered the original spare parts on 03/23/2020.
To this day, 09.10.2024, no spare parts, no money! The amount of 132 byn was fed with breakfast, I probably already ate breakfast in their dining room for this amount, or maybe I still owe 🤣
It's a disgusting store. Regular "breakfasts" with delivery. They blatantly lie about deadlines.

instead of the promised 15 days, they have been driving for a month and will not bring them in any way.
